Patient experiences
The trainers are phenomenal, and I can’t say enough good about them. The front desk staff, however, is rude, condescending, and ineffective. In fact, if someone would message me a phone number of who to speak to, I would love to share feedback, you may find valuable.
Worst referral. Needed Functional, Manual physical therapy. This is part of the curriculum for ALL physical therapy students. Unfortunately, most companies do your “factory” or “run of the mill” PT. Of course, PENN STATE HEALTH does exactly the same. (Requested FUNCTIONAL, MANUAL PHYSICAL THERAPY during Doctor visit, he assured me this was NOT “factory” Physical Therapy. Guess the joke is on me. Lesson learned.
Jeff and I will be forever grateful for all the staff that worked so patiently and with so much compassion with him and made it possible for him to stand to dance with our daughter at her wedding. The night was magical. Wish I could share the entire video.
First time today. Spent an hour with Bob Kelly and learned so much! This guy knows his stuff! Can't wait to see myself progress with best team!
