Kim is an outstanding physical therapist. She's incredibly skilled at her job and knows exactly how to address my injury. Every session with her leaves me satisfied and relieves my pain. Truly grateful for her expertise and care.

Please be aware that this is the pool they use for therapy. They advised me that it gets cleaned on a weekly basis and that things would not be changing.

I've been here for an ACL and separate Meniscus surgery. They are great, what I am most impressed by is how data driven they are. The therapists take regular measurements to provide quantitative reports back to the doctors. They really know the underlying theory and do a great job. Of the small handful of physical therapy places I've been in my life this has been the best experience of any of them.

i am post athroscopic shoulder surgery and i am in need of therapy for my aching shoulder. i saw this clinic to be one of the referrals of my orthopedist. Being it closer to my office, i contacted it. i spoke with mary on april 30th, friday and she took my information down including my insurance card. she promised to call me back within minutes after checking with my insurance . she never called me back at all. i called up at around 5pm that day and told her. mary informed me that she already had my confirmation with the insurance company but was too busy to call me back. meanwhile i scheduled with another physical therapist. may 3, 2021, she called me up again, apologized and scheduled an appointment with me for may 6, 2021 at 945am. I went ahead and canceled my previous appointment with the other clinic. an hour before my scheduled appointment, mary called me up again and told me not to go to the clinic since my insurance was not in their network and i may have to pay more than what she had informed me. SHE HAD ONE WEEK TO TAKE A LOOK AND CONFIRM WITH MY INSURANCE IF I AM COVERED OR NOT. ONE WEEK! SHE HAD ONE JOB TO DO AND MISERABLY FAILED. she then told me not to come to the office. so now, i am back to square one. still in pain with my post surgery shoulder. Is this how an office is run? making the patients run around in circles and stringing them along like puppets? making appointments and changing appointments at a whim? this clinic is unprofessional. stay away! AWFUL!

I can't put into words how wonderful the staff of PSM are. I've worked with Ann-Marie twice over the past two years to recover from spondylolisthesis flair-ups. She and the rest of the physical therapists here really know their stuff. This place has such a good vibe, you can tell everyone working here really cares about their clients well-being. I would trust them with my life. I highly recommend PSM to anyone looking for physical therapy in the peninsula.

Worse place I've ever been. Asked if I owe anything , they said no. But I got a surprise in the mail for over 100$. Then the manager didn't bother to asked if I have had any injuries and then talked to me like I was a child. Front desk receptionist is quite rude when trying to get info.
