I was lucky enough to participate in the week out of town program travelling from Canada. Dr Mikkie has been by my side during pelvic and bladder pain and she is an amazing practitioner and person! Can’t thank her enough for being so receptive, kind and knowledgeable☺️

I came to PelvicSanity after a few years of appointments, medications, and failed improvement during my time at the urologist office. Dr. Erica has been fantastic. She listens to my concerns and thoughtfully helps me work through a great medical plan. She has taught me to be in more control of my body and mind to minimize the pain. When I first walked into PelvicSanity, I was in so much pain and could barely walk. I have seen a huge difference and continue to utilize the tools I have been taught. I am so grateful for the help they have given me and look forward to a more painless future.

I highly recommend PelvicSanity. I had an amazing experience working with Dr. Faith. I self-referred after having my first baby, and Dr. Faith was professional, kind, and extremely thorough. Every aspect of pelvic floor function and the effects of pregnancy and birth was explained to me. The exercises she taught me are helping me make major strides in my recovery and return to weightlifting. I truly believe postpartum pelvic floor PT should be mandatory. Thank you!

I don’t know where I would be, physically (or emotionally for that matter), if I didn’t go to Pelvic Sanity, Dr. Mikkie, weekly starting at ~26 weeks pregnant. She radiates deep wisdom, comfort, and confidence that truly is so meaningful to women, like myself, who are so vulnerable during that stage of pregnancy. All Pelvic Sanity staff are very welcoming and accommodating. So thankful for Pelvic Sanity - I will continue to be a client throughout postpartum and also as I welcome new babies 🤗…!

Dr Olivia has been such a gem in my postpartum journey. She really listens and explains so you feel super comfortable and informed. This is something I wish that I would’ve started sooner and more doctors should recommend post giving birth. The office is so homey and clean and feels like a little retreat to better yourself. I highly recommend!

Dr. Olivia has been a godsend for my back pain. From where I was at my first appointment (debilitating pain) to now, managing and strengthening my muscles and about 75% less daily pain. I am so grateful to have found her and pelvic sanity. It’s seriously worth every penny. This is not your average physical therapy, I highly recommend them to anyone who has pain that they want to heal naturally.

Dr Mikkie has helped me overcome symptoms and improve my life in so many ways since I first came to PelvicSanity. She is caring, personable, and explains concepts really well. The office staff are awesome and always helpful/responsive.

This is a long overdue review but I can't thank Pelvic Sanity enough for what they've done for me. I was reluctant to go in the beginning as they don't take my insurance but can "superbill" me. But I have been to PTs within network before and honestly it's been hopeless - I get 10 mins with the PT if I'm lucky and then pushed off to an aide who gives me exercises I can't do at home. Total waste of my time and money. So in the hope of avoiding surgery and actually FIXING the problem I invested in seeing Pelvic Sanity. It took 10 sessions of around $165 each (insurances vary though but putting this in as it's a question I get asked a lot!) and it was the best money I've ever spent. For a total of $1650, I got a full hour with Doctor Olivia who figured out exactly what was going on with me, WHY it was going on, and put a plan together to correct it and prevent it happening again. It was easy, relatively painless, somewhat undignified (but hey, whatcha gonna do, what got me into this situation in the first place was undignified and FAR more painful!), and I would love to say Dr Olivia is worth her weight in gold but she's so tiny that would be a huge understatement. My "condition" shall we say is now completely under control, and when my internal organs try to make a new break for it I know exactly what to do to get them back under control again. I went to see a urogyn at UCI who said I'm doing great, and when I mentioned Pelvic Sanity and Dr Olivia she lit up and said she can't recommend them highly enough. So to anyone thinking about it - don't hesitate, just go. They will absolutely sort you out and it was the best investment I could have made. I needed 10 sessions but I've heard of people only needing 2 or 3. I've avoided surgery, no longer uncomfortable, and she even got my belly beach ready and helped me with some back and neck problems. She's a freaking GODDESS. I will be back when I need to go. THANK YOU Pelvic Sanity!
