I have loved working with lacy! Not only has she helped me heal a lot of my static nerve and sacrum pain she has helped me find ways to decrease it physically and emotionally for myself at home. She does such a great job and is gentle and guiding to help release stress and strain, it is never forceful and body is always appreciative. I would recommend her to anyone having pelvic floor issues, jaw pain or back/hip problems and everywhere I between. So grateful for lacy and all her efforts to help my Body ease its pain.

After a hysterectomy and a discectomy, I lost all confidence in my core and pelvis. Seeing Lacey this past year has been integral to learning to trust my body again. She knows so much and takes the time to explain what’s going on. Every session ends with suggested exercises that you can do at home for additional support. I can’t imagine my life without her.

Pelvic Rehab in Pocatello has been a life-changing experience for me, especially due to the exceptional care provided by Lacey White. From my first visit, Lacey made me feel incredibly comfortable with her warm demeanor and deep knowledge of pelvic rehabilitation. Her personalized approach and thorough understanding of my specific needs led to remarkable improvements to many different conditions. Lacey's dedication and compassion have made a significant difference in my recovery, and I am truly grateful for her support. I cannot recommend her highly enough for anyone seeking effective and empathetic pelvic rehab.

Lacey has changed my life for the better! I was suffering from some severe TMJ issues from an old injury and trying to heal from a recent hysterectomy. The combination of both had me in pain everyday with terrible headaches and fatigue. I have suffered with TMJ issues for so long I thought I would just have to deal with the pain for the rest of my life. Lacey explained to me that pelvic floor and jaw can mirror each other. We began working on both issues and the progress I have seen has been incredible! I no longer have head and jaw aches that sap all my energy and I am gaining strength in my pelvic floor. Lacey is the most caring and genuine person. She makes you feel at ease and is very aware of how you are feeling as she works on you. You won’t regret going to Lacey!

My daughter has been seeing Lacey now for several months and I am so grateful for her. She is very knowledgeable and understanding. Some issues are just sensitive, and Lacey has the most kind demeanor and knows how to make a person feel comfortable.

I was in pure desperation when I sent in an inquiry. I asked my friends and Facebook groups for advice on finding relief. The pain started when I was 7 months pregnant and was supposed to go away after birth, but it didn't. I was in agony 6 months PP. It hurt to pick up my baby, to walk, to sit up, sleep, going up stairs, etc. The chronic pain was exhausting. Life was bleak. I didn't want a lot—I just wanted to feel no pain. Everyone gave me the same answer: "Don't waste your time with anyone else. You need to see Lacey." To be honest, I was hesitant. The website focused a lot on mental health, trauma, energy, etc. I wasn't interested in that- I just wanted someone to fix my body. I'll totally admit that I was completely ignorant. They are all important to your healing. I realized you can't heal unless you find the root of the issue. Treat that, not the symptom. Lacey impressed me right off the bat with her phone call and fee transparency. Since she was booked up, she set me up with her associate, who was great. When I finally got to see Lacey, I was beyond stressed and tired of hurting. I found myself crying to her about how I just wanted to go for a walk. I wanted to work (I'm a photographer) without crying all night in pain. I wanted to walk up stairs like a typical person. I was a mess! But she made me feel like there was hope. I felt very comfortable with Lacey and Brooke. They were invested in my progress. I wasn't just another number. With Lacey, we started with internal work, and she helped me understand the different pains, aches, and sensations I was feeling. She always asked for consent and made sure I was comfortable. I left her office and cried because I was hopeful that I could maybe go on a walk again. Well, let me tell you—she is a miracle worker. Three days later, I went on a walk with my family with NO pain. I continued walking and did the stretches and exercises religiously. While I did have moments of pain, I was able to use the techniques she taught me to manage it. I had two sessions with her associate Brooke and two sessions with Lacey, and my life has changed. The progress I have had in 4 sessions is incredible! Is it worth the money? 110%. Is it awkward? For me, no. Is it better than going to a traditional PT office that accepts insurance? YES. I feel like you get faster results here because of how they run everything. You have a PT working on you the entire time (not an assistant). They are invested in you and your healing. I will absolutely continue with them. My only regret is not seeing them when I was TTC, pregnant, and earlier in my postpartum journey. Just do it. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

I thought pelvic floor therapy meant I would learn do kegals more effectively. Going to Dr. White, I’ve discovered it is so much more, & more beneficial than I’d imagined. Dr. White is so knowledgeable, & is adept at finding the source of my pain & discomfort. My sessions with her have given me a more thorough knowledge of my body & how everything is really connected.

Lacey is amazing! Her treatment room setup puts you immediately at ease, with a bubbling essential oil diffuser, calming touches like crystals and plants, and even some chocolate! She takes the time to assess your health and pain from a holistic standpoint, asking follow-up questions and making sure she fully understands your concerns and priorities. The treatment itself is comforting, informative, and surprisingly gentle and relaxing. I came from out of state for treatment, and it was worth it!
