Dr. Sara Tanza is the BEST! Pelvic floor physical therapy is key to athletic performance and life. She has helped me ditch my bulky orthotics that I have been wearing for over four years during every day life and while running. I raced a half marathon last weekend for the first time without my orthotics and PR'd by about 2 minutes! Working on my pelvic floor has improved my running mechanics, decreased my Achilles and foot pain and increased my gluteal activation. Learning how to use my pelvic floor correctly has totally changed my life! Dr. Sara Tanza is brilliant!

During the appointment, she listened carefully to my goals and concerns, observed my running form and general posture, and then thoroughly walked me through a series of exercises and pointers centering on improving running efficiency to decrease potential for injury. One of the primary reasons I’m running healthy and happy and free is the magical Sara Tanza. Pelvic floor health is e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g. My hamstring and hip issues are resolving with focused work on my pelvic floor. Sara is a brilliant PT and a beautiful human who knows her stuff.
