I cannot say enough good things about Marci Silverberg and Pelvic Path Physical Therapy. My 13 year old non speaking autistic son sprained his ankle severely and it never healed properly. It has caused many problems due to not walking properly. In our first visit Marci connected with my son who was anxious and was able to get my son to do exercises by adapting them into activities he enjoyed doing. This had not happened previously with the many therapists we had seen. She is very knowledgeable and has a very warm and kind way with her approach. If you are in need of a physical therapist I could not give a stronger recommendation.

Pelvic Path Physical Therapy was recommended to me by my midwife when I was proactively looking into pelvic floor PT during my first pregnancy. Dr. Caitlin Mondt provided personalized sessions to me throughout my second, third and fourth trimesters to prepare me for labor and delivery and also recover from an unplanned C-section. As a first time mom, I couldn't have been in better hands and felt so reassured every step of the way with her. All the ladies at this clinic are amazing!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Marci, Caitlin, and the whole team at Pelvic Path in San Rafael. As a new mom dealing with postpartum issues, particularly persistent pain when holding, feeding, and lifting my baby, as well as other physical discomforts, I was feeling overwhelmed and afraid of what my "new normal" was looking like. I started treatment at Pelvic Path when I was around six weeks postpartum. From the moment I walked in, Marci and Caitlin provided a warm, compassionate environment that put me at ease. Their expertise in addressing postpartum concerns is truly impressive. They helped me tackle my back pain and other common postpartum issues, always with patience and understanding. What sets them apart is their holistic approach - not only did they help alleviate my immediate discomfort, but they also focused on rebuilding my core and glute strength, improving my posture, and restoring overall body function. One of the things I learned from Marci and Caitlin is that we don't have to simply accept or "live with" common postpartum issues. They listened attentively to my specific symptoms and concerns, as well as my goals, tailoring their approach to address each issue and to progress towards those goals. Their encouragement and support went a long way in my physical recovery journey. If you're a new mom struggling with postpartum issues, whether it's incontinence, back pain, core weakness, or other physical discomfort, I wholeheartedly recommend Pelvic Path. Marci and Caitlin's expertise, combined with their compassion, make them stand out in this field. Thank you, Marci and Caitlin, for making such a positive impact on my postpartum recovery!

My experience with Marci's physical therapy practice has been nothing short of exceptional. After 1.5 years of feeling like I was just going through the motions with another PT, Marci offered a breath of fresh air. Her approach is truly holistic. She takes the time to explain the root causes of my problem and how everything connects within my body. This comprehensive understanding has been incredibly valuable in my healing journey. But Marci's care extends far beyond her expertise. She's incredibly flexible and accommodating. When I came to my initial appointment with my newborn because I had no childcare, Marci didn't hesitate to hold him while we discussed my condition. She even honored sessions I'd purchased long ago that I hadn't been able to use – a testament to her genuine care for her patients. Marci's dedication has built such trust that I would confidently recommend her to anyone seeking a PT. She goes above and beyond, making you feel truly supported and empowered in your healing journey. In fact, I'd consider coming to her for regular check-ins even if I didn't have a specific PT need.

I would highly recommend Dr. Doris! After having a very bad tear post-birth that limited me to no more than 5 minutes of walking per day for 6-weeks, PT was a must! I went into PT hoping to limit any further injury, and to strengthen my pelvic floor to ensure a successful return back to impact sports. Dr. Doris listened to my goals and wrote out a plan so that this became a reality! She is very kind, patient, and does an excellent job of explaining the different muscle groups. During early postpartum when it can be difficult to simply make it out of the house, I looked forward to my sessions with Dr. Doris and am grateful that she helped guide me to a safe return to exercise!

Marci and the pelvic path team are fabulous! Not only have they have provided thoughtful and comfortable post-partum care, but they also created an easy to follow PT plan for long standing hip issues. They invest time in getting to know your individual goals and track your progress towards them, making you feel incredibly supported on your care journey. Cannot recommend this team enough!

Physical therapy at Pelvic Path has been great! I have enjoyed and appreciated my sessions with Marci and gotten so much from each session. I discovered Pelvic Path on Facebook. I went from being worried and not knowing what to do, to being empowered, stronger, and learning about my body and what works for me. Marci is very knowledgeable and created each session to be fun. I’m so grateful. It’s a great space to get support. I am in much better shape than I was before starting. Everything I was looking for has improved, and more. Thank you!! I highly recommend Pelvic Path Physical Therapy!!!

I had a wonderful experience working with Caitlin over the past few months. I came to Pelvic Path P.T. primarily with issues surrounding urgency incontinence and having been diagnosed with a 'slow bladder' that creates problems with urinary retention and other symptoms. It was so helpful to work with Caitlin. While she focused on helping me with my presenting complaints, she taught me so much about how other structural problems in my spine contributed to my problems. She truly considered my whole body as she targeted my pelvic floor to help decrease the frequency of 'leaking', and urinary retention. Every visit was different and involved her assigning me useful exercises to both relax my pelvic floor and then strengthen it in addition to exercises to help me with posture/spinal problems as well. It was a joy working with Caitlin. She is so knowledgeable, warm, personable, and has a great sense of humor. I know I will probably be returning for 'tune-ups' in the future.
