This review has been a long time coming. I decided to try PFPT a few years after having my second child, but I was worried that I waited too long. My PCP told me that leaking was just a part of motherhood, but I was desperate. Farren was amazing, very kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and put me at ease instantly! During our first appointment, she said that I would be running again without leaks and I didn’t believe her. She has so greatly improved my quality of life! I can keep up with my two energetic boys without having to take bathroom breaks, I no longer am looking for a restroom as soon as we get somewhere, and I can run as far as I want to without an accident. She gives you the tools to maintain and keep making progress even after the visits ends. I am so grateful for her help!!

Farren was an essential component to my postpartum healing. I never thought I’d see, never mind need a pelvic floor physical therapist, but I am forever grateful I did. She completely understood and pieced together my symptoms to figure out what the root of the issue was and I feel so much better just after a few sessions. Every pre/postnatal woman should see a PFPT regardless of their issue in my opinion. She is extremely knowledgeable, super easy to talk to, and I immediately felt comfortable with her. 10/10 would recommend!

I met with Farren shortly before I began brachytherapy radiation after surgery for endometrial cancer. After the radiation was completed, I began to experience urinary incontinence. I called Farren and she has been so helpful. She explained exactly what was happening to me. We began weekly sessions so that she could work on my pelvic floor. She also taught me how to use a pelvic wand so that I can work on my pelvic floor on a regular basis. The difference has been amazing. I went from needing Depends to not even wearing a pad in about 5 weeks. I HIGHLY recommend Farren Balzer.

Farren is amazing! She is knowledgeable, thorough and skilled. She explains things thoroughly during the visit. She is professional and diligent. I have recommended several people to her or to pelvic PT if they do not live near her practice. Farren also gives you exercises to do at home so you can continue your treatment at home between visits with her. I highly recommend Pelvic Health Physical Therapy!

I can't recommend Dr. Balzar enough! As someone who has struggled with pelvic pain for years due to endometriosis, I am so grateful to have found her. She is an incredible pelvic floor specialist who has helped me become pain-free for over a month now. Even on my most stressful days, I no longer have pelvic pain, and my life has become so much better because of it. I never realized how beneficial pelvic floor physical therapy could be until I started working with Dr. Balzar. Her knowledge and expertise are unparalleled, and I would recommend her to anyone experiencing pelvic pain. If you're hesitant to give pelvic floor PT a try, I urge you to take the plunge - it's been life-changing for me. Thank you, Dr. Balzar!

I saw Farren to help heal my pelvic floor postpartum. I had an excellent experience with her! She was thorough, kind, and really listened to my concerns. She asked for and responded to feedback during all manual therapies and provided me with easy daily exercises to complete. I would 100% recommend her to any peripartum mama - I wish I had seen her before birth as well!

Dr. Balzar is nothing short of AMAZING! Dr. Balzar was recommended to me by my lactation consultant, and visiting her was the best thing I did for my postpartum recovery. I went from waking up with daily pelvic floor pain to feeling back to my usual self before having my baby. She is very knowledgeable and thorough in ensuring her patients understand what is going on with their bodies and what to expect. As a result, I learned much about my body and how to be proactive for my subsequent pregnancy. In addition, she is extremely friendly and an excellent conversationalist. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Balzar for prenatal and postnatal pelvic floor care and other services she provides.

I don’t think this box is BIG enough for the RAVE review I desire to give here. Farren Balzer is a profound gift. Her expertise in her field is impeccable. She answered every question I asked with compassion, grace and super digestible information. I have seen results beyond my WILDEST hopes in just a few sessions and doing my homework. If you are a person who is suffering with pelvic pain, do not just sit there suffering. Book a session immediately, and start moving your body towards further wellness. Every area of my life has improved as a result of better pelvic practices, and WORLDCLASS care. I feel that this should just be part of regular healthcare for anyone with the anatomy to receive the service. It is vital, and has catapulted me forward on my healing journey. Thank you infinitely to Pelvic Health Physical Therapy and Farren Balzer. I am so grateful! - Jessi Marino - International Women’s Empowerment Coach
