My journey here began and ended with disappointment. The urologist sent me over to Pelvic Floor Therapy because he didn't know what to do. The wait was 1.5 months long, but they did get me in and scheduled at the desk. After getting the bill for urology, I was concerned with how much Pelvic Floor Therapy would cost. I called twice the week before my appointment (Mon and Fri) and was told that they would get back to me on what the initial cost would be, as I was concerned about not being able to afford it coming up on the holidays. I heard nothing from Monday onward and called again the morning of my appointment (next Monday) and asked about the pricing once again. The woman at the desk said the woman who she had reached out to last week, wasn't with them anymore and that she would reach out to her supervisor today (instead of last week after realizing the other person no longer worked there?). It took a couple hours this morning to get the answer of "we don't know how much it will cost you because you have insurance" even though I just wanted to know a baseline price since my insurance didn't cover much of the urology appt and I was assuming it wouldn't cover much of this one either. I had to call the office at every step, I never got a call back like they said they would do, right up until the hour before my scheduled appt. I live in Moab and commuting to GJ is a big commitment. I feel disappointed and upset over the lack of urgency or care for timeliness in getting requested information to me. Unfortunately for me, being in Moab does not give me many choices on doctors/offices/ or experiences. Just know you will have to be the main communicator when dealing with scheduling, questions or understanding about appointments and don't expect call backs with information unless you ask again over the phone.

I called to make an appointment and was told that due to my insurance being Medicaid, I would be put on a list of patients with that insurance and be called - in about 3 months.
