Cambria Oetken in Westlake created a progressive program for me struggling with pelvic organ dysfunction, hysterectomy, and bladder repair. I had pelvic floor pain, bladder urgency and frequency, with tight and weak pelvic floor muscles. Being a RN in a acute care facility, I needed help with preparing my body again with heavier daily workloads. Cambrias' knowledge and listening skills allowed me to achieve milestones that I was only hopeful in attaining. My home exercises are manageable, and the APP is very helpful. Feeling stronger everyday..

This review is for Kristen Diaz! She is amazing and a miracle worker. She’s so patient and kind, explained everything she would be doing before doing it and while doing what she needs to do. The massages were so hopeful (I had bad sciatica after my most recent pregnancy). My only qualm is they don’t take insurance so it gets a bit pricey, but worth it for the pain relief. But Kristen was great! She will give you so many tools to utilize at home.

My doctor had recommened that I go to PHRC for my pelvic pain, and I was fortunate to have Kristen as my physical therapist. She immediately eased my concerns through her positivity and kindness, which are sometimes lacking in the healthcare industry. But her knowledge of pelvic floor dysfunction and the proper course of treatment are her greatest assets as a physical therapist. Not only did she treat my pelvic pain to the point where I could lead a normal life again, she was also able to alleviate my sciatica pain which I had been suffering for many years. My only regret is that I waited months before making that first appointment. I would highly recommend Kristen for all your pelvic floor and physical therapy needs.

I worked with Jennifer Keesee as part of my prenatal care and then postpartum recovery. Her knowledge and skill set was above and beyond what I’d expected. Pelvic floor PT was recommended to me to help with birth prep, but I did not realize how much it would help and how much could be done in one session. Jennifer spends time to learn your specific needs, develops a very specialized plan and teaches you how to carry through the therapy between sessions. I truly believe this therapy helped my delivery go much more smoothly. The help in my recovery was also above and beyond what I expected. She even let me bring the baby, and when he was fussing during session, rather than catching up on paperwork or taking a break while I tended to him, she helped me with learning proper ways of handling him while breastfeeding or taking him out of the stroller. Pelvic floor PT is a specialty I highly recommend to pregnant and postpartum women and Jennifer Keesee is truly exceptional at what she does. I am so grateful for her care.

I saw Jennifer at PHRC for a few months and my symptoms improved so much! Beyond that though Jennifer always made sure I was comfortable with any exercises/exams/ treatments we did which I really appreciate since pelvic PT can be kind of intimidating. I also just enjoyed chatting with her and Emily every time I came in. I only stopped treatment because I left the country but will continue when I am back home (continue not because the sessions I already did weren't helpful but because my problems are chronic and need extended care).

I have been going here for pelvic floor dysfunction symptoms, and have been treated by Kristen Corsaro who is spectacular. She is extremely knowledgeable and concerned for your treatment, and has done so much to aid in treating my symptoms. I highly recommend seeking her out for any treatment you may need. The front staff is very friendly too!

Jennifer is an amazingly gifted practitioner who is really knowledgeable about the body and knows how to help her patients. I am grateful to have her on my journey to healing after my second c-section and would recommend her to any man or woman with pelvic floor issues.

this place was my last resort and i had very little hope of helping my symptoms and after about 5 sessions with Kristen I felt 75 percent better and after more sessions I got to about 85 percent better. They are worth it and the real deal. Don't wait to get help.
