Pelican Pointe Health and Rehabilitation

Had my grandma there after a surgery in the 3 week time that she was there they only changed her badge twice in that time. later got her home where a in house nurse was able to come and take care of her she undid the bandage and she about fainted of the smell and look needless to say after that my grandma when down hill and down hill quickly later in March she sadly passed I don't know how this place this staff live with themselves everyday don't know if I could knowing I treat patients so terribly

Not impressed at all. My mom was there. She was sent there from the hospital for rehabilitation and was to be on 2 liters of o2 that never happened. No antibiotics for the pneumonia and after a couple weeks we lost my mom. Check your facilities out before you have to put your loved one's there or you'll be burying them.

Called to see if they are allowing visitors so I can see my sister. They are but you can only visit on weekdays. Never mind if the person lives over 2 hours away and has to work during the week. They apparently expect you to take time off work to fit into their schedule. Person who does the scheduling is not working at 3 pm and I was told to call during business hours to schedule a time to visit. I guess 3 pm is not during their business hours.

Windsor Health Care Center is a phenomenal community for those with dementia. The memory care units provide outstanding care. The facility is old but clean. The staff is above board and always friendly from management to front line staff. I would highly recommend this facility.

Therapy taught me how to get better so that I could go home. Staff always checked on me. And management was great very helpful. And I would recommend this place to anyone.

Thank you, to all the Staff & Nurses at Windsor Healthcare, for taking care of our Grandma Bobbi. We all thought you all did a wonderful job, & it is a toughest job's. We all greatly appreciate all of your compassion, hardwork, kindness, & Love you showed Bobbie. You all should be very proud of the work that you do. We feel that she came to be comfortable and know it as her home. With all of our Love & Gratitude the Ackerman, Badley & Corum Families.

My mother has been here for 8 months and we are very pleased with the care she has received. Everyone is patient, kind and willing to help with whatever we need. Would recommend. Susan

Was informed about Covid in building when I first entered. Was able to just drop off items with staff very professional. Thank you.
