When I first pulled up to the building I was a little worried. But once I met Alan and the team I knew I was in good hands. They are very caring and knowledgeable. They are also a lot of fun. Thanks for helping me recover from 2 broken ankles. I would recommend them to everyone.

Pegasus Physical Therapy in Newport Beach has amazing professional staff led by Alan. Since October 2020 I have needed extra treatments because of numerous issues with a frozen shoulder and age. The team has helped me overcome so much with focused and progressive steps in alleviating my issues. I could not have been this far without their professionalism. They are all caring, from Alan Michael, Morgan, Tina, Celia, and Martha at the front office; all are here to see you succeed in getting better.

Pegasus PT is an office full of wonderful people that make being in pain an almost enjoyable experience! They will make you feel better inside and out. The progress I made was incredible and I am now able to get back to all the things I love thanks to everyone at Pegasus.

The only pt to visit is Mike. When he went on vacation. Another pt( David) saw me, but he was inexperience, terrible, and caused more pain. When I voiced my opinion, I was immediately out lashed by the Spanish speaking office manager, Martha who had a very heavy accent,hard to understand & was very rude, obnoxious and would not stop talking to hear my opinion and hung up the phone on me. When, I tried contacting the owner, Allen, I was told they're refusing for me to continue my visits & refused to talk to me. This is a terrible customer relations service I have ever encountered in this type of practice. I'm going to notify my physician about this behavior. Also, this office has no exercise equipments or any types of modalities and located in a very small and very old & dated bldg.

Best therapist ever. The staff is amazing, polite and gentle. Always makes me feel comfortable. I had a horrible lower back pain and after some adjustments, workouts and deep messages I don’t even remember my pain anymore. Love, Love everyone at this office.
