Pediatric Physical Therapy LLC

I’ve been going to this place since my baby was born in September 2023. And I’ve never had any problems. Everyone is nice to us and caring for my babies needs and they all want him to get better and heal. Dr Cheryl is awesome. I see them all with other kids too and they all get treated well. I don’t see why someone should have anything negative to say about them. Mrs. Jessica is usually his normal stretcher and she is the absolute best. The place is always clean and they have just helped my baby so much. I’d recommend x10. They may not have availability like u want or answer the phone sometimes but they are so busy and booked. They really try to squeeze everybody in. So don’t be offended if they don’t answer. If you leave a message Tonya always calls back. Once your in the door for an appointment, it’ll all be worth it for your babies.

We love Cheryl and all her girls. Lia is so wonderful with my daughter, she's our absolute favorite. This is the best & cleanest PT facility in town. We highly recommend it.

The lady at the front desk with the short salt and pepper hair is and was extremely rude for no reason. I walk into the door with no greeting whatsoever, so she’s just sitting there staring no how can I help nothing. I ask to schedule an appointment because we’ve been referred by our pediatrician and she’s just on one rude with every response, so I asked to speak to a supervisor she says she is the supervisor I asked to speak to someone over her she said there’s nobody over her. I asked another young lady that was there if this is the only children’s pt place she said yes, so I’m assuming they act like that because they assume there is no place else to go but, I found another place it’s a little bit of a wait but I will not give an establishment that acts like that my business. This place is supposed to help children because that’s what they’re there for but apparently they’re not in the busy of doing that. They don answer the phone because we’ve been calling for well over 6 months now and they don’t respond to doctor referrals. I do not recommend this place the service is horrible.
