PediaPlex

Our daughter has been attending PediaPlex for almost a year now and we could not be more happy about her progress since enrolling her. Our journey with services has not been an easy one, add in COVID and things really got away from us. Our previous ABA company had an ever revolving door, and the moment she was comfortable with a therapist, that therapist quickly went out the door. Having a child on spectrum, this is not something you want to keep subjecting them to. We decided to cut ties when the owner visited us in our home and kept referring to data when it was skewed considering our child had 8 therapists in a matter of a year. PediaPlex has been a Godsend! Her BCBA is amazing, her RBT's are equally great and our daughter looks forward to going to "school." We're hoping that with ST, she will begin to use her words and we eventually hear her voice again. Overall, if you are looking for a caring group of people with your child, you've come to the right place. As long as you stay involved, you'll definitely see results in your kiddo!

We were very disappointed with our speech therapist Ms. Harriett. She had a negative attitude and lacked the patience and positivity that should be inherent in a child therapist. Otherwise, PediaPlex as a whole seemed fine and well run. They did offer to swap therapists although we just ended up changing providers.

From the moment you walk in the door, the entire Frisco Pediaplex staff is so amazing, friendly, and eager to support and help our child! The therapists are the best around and made our child feel so comfortable and excited to want to learn! We are so amazed with how fast we have seen progress with our child here! I am so thankful we found Pediaplex and are now part of the family!

Pediaplex has provided great care to my autistic son. We have ABA, speech and occupational therapy all at the same location. They train their staff well and their communication is always on point. The facility itself is very clean and nice. I would recommend Pediaplex to any family.

Had our son in speech therapy for an exceptionally long time with zero progress, did not appear to address our primary concerns with his speech development, spent a lot of time after sessions trying to push additional services, and after switching to a payment portal that didn't work well left a nasty message on my voicemail about sending to collections. Had they managed to bill insurance properly, still would not be worth the cost, but that's ok, I can fill out my own claim forms. Edit to add: Speech therapists in masks should have been a red flag, that one's on me.

We love Pediaplex! The staff, the facility, and most of all the LOVE! Yes, they unashamedly and strongly care and serve us (our son who is in therapy and us the parents being trained) with compassion. And as a business, the team done exceptionally! Efficient and effective processes from client onboarding, dispute resolutions, inquiries, insurance, billing, consultation, and day to day drop offs and check ins. Thank you Pediaplex!

They started charging randomly if son dose and sleep in the session. There is no way to reach there at the same time to pick. There should be reasonable and practical rules which we can comply.

All the staff are polite, friendly and takes good care of my kid. Thank you.
