PEAKS Clinic - Psychological and Educational Assessments for Kids and Students, P.C.

It was hard to get in contact with the office– took a couple weeks after email, phone calls (left message(s)) and office visits (front door to waiting room was open but I never saw anyone?). PEAKS is mostly a behavioural treatment center for children. They don't do psychiatry of any kind– prescriptions or medication management (and as I understand it, ~80% of behavioural interventions fail without medication (Dr. Barkley). They also don't take insurance (typical, since most don't cover ADHD or related disabilities anyway) and ADHD testing ranges $2250 to $2500 (if you want testing for school accommodations). Once I was able to get ahold of someone on the phone, however, she was very pleasant.

Absolutely wonderful. Got the client in way before estimated wait time and did all they possibly could to get the evaluation completed in a few weeks during the pandemic. Very much appreciate this doctor and Peaks Clinic.
