If i could give negative stars i would. I hurt my back at work in January. Ive been under their care since early march. I was in so much pain i was crying day and night. They refused to give me anything that would actually help. They sent referals to a pain clinic i still havnt heard from. I finally went to the ER in the springs 5/11. They did emergency surgery on me. Thank God i went when i did or i may have lost my ability to walk. 3 months of calling almost daily in tears and they refused to help. Wanna know why? They refused to help because i was on suboxone. This is highly illegal! The American disability act protects me from discrimination. I know because ive retained a lawyer. Ooh and 3 of my toes are permanently numb. Ill never get feeling back. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I wouldnt let this clinic treat my dog.

No one answers take 2 days to set up an appointment. Guys they just wait so your health gets drastic forces you to go to the hospital. So they dont have to do their job. How does people allow these people practice medicine is for one thing for great reset. To kill off the poor. No other place accepts medicad near cripple creek. This is exactly what our suitbag governer wants.

Your scheduling service for the dental office in particular told me to call back to schedule THREE DAYS IN A ROW since they only make appointments a month out. I've called first thing in the morning, and was told there were no appointments and to continue calling back. My son needs dental care and this is the ONLY place we can go when we live in Divide since the dentist here doesn't take children. This operator proceeded to LAUGH on the phone when I wasn't able to get appointment and when I asked her what her name was so I could make a formal complaint about her behavior - she said "NO". I'm pretty sure that's not allowed. I wasn't threatening her, or saying anything that would make her uncomfortable to give her name. She was so rude, disrespectful and HUNG UP ON ME. I have talked to many operators that are extremely efficient and they all say their name WHEN ANSWERING and then ask if there is anything else they can do to assist before the call is over. She does not of those things. What a terrible person to laugh at a mother that is desperately trying to make an appointment for a MONTH LATER just to be laughed at and told "there's nothing I can do for you". Wow. When I came to make this review since we CANNOT LOCATE THIS WOMAN but know she is in the Peak Vista Dental Scheduling Dept - unfortunately I had to make a 1 star review for the entire establishment because you are who answers and handles all customers before appointments and are the "voice" of the entire company anf you dropped the ball that badly. I see the company has a 2.3 review so I've worked for multiple administrative jobs and NOTHING she did was professional. I am extremely disappointed and now I will NEVER support another Peak Vista office again. Myself, my husband and my son are no longer customers due to this incident. If I could have someone call us so we can further explain our experience we would be happy to provide information. When she didn't give me her name I told her, don't worry ' we will find it". So I really hope I can be successful in finding out who this person is that cannot do her job properly so I can report her. At the time I was completely calm on the phone and if you record calls for quality assurance then you can listen to today August 11th at 11:16am to hear how she treated a customer. What kind of "customer service" representative does this to a family ? My husband called after to schedule his appointment since she so rudely hung up on me and then he asked her name once done with scheduling him (with no issue) and she again did not provide it. This is not so we can do anything to her personally, it is so we can deal with her poor behavior accordingly and professionally. Would appreciate a call back from escalations if possible. Thanks.

I LOVE my nurse practitioner and therapist, however, you NEVER get an actual person when you call and next to never get a call back when you leave a message.

Avoid this place like the plague! My dearest friend worked there and all of the employees were nightmares. Just about the meanest human beings on the planet. They would gossip behind each other’s backs and it was a literal hell to work for. Furthermore, the behavioral health woman would talk about patients to other employees. The office manager was the biggest problem as she was just out right rude to employees and didn’t want to work as she would go to “meetings” in Colorado Springs for hours. Yeah right! Avoid this horrible place. The employees also treated the patients like garbage.

I've been going to the Divide Health Clinic since 2016. I told her (the PA Jennifer McCarthy) that I was having issues with my back, constant headaches, pain and burning sensation in my feet and legs and I had tested positive for an autoimmune issue in mid 2015 before I moved to Colorado. I asked her to rerun the bloodwork and she informed me that she doesn't run that test. Ok fine whatever. She then told me to pick the worst problem and we would deal with it. She can't handle anything more than one issue. I still have headaches and burning I'm my feet. Whatever. She did send me to a specialist for my back but ignored (still ignores) the other problems. Went in last year to see if I could get a rescue inhaler for my chronic bronchitis. She did that (was kind of shocked) and sent me to another specialist for the breathing issues. Turns out I have emphysema. Though it did take 6 months for her to finally tell me this and got cranky when I asked for a refill on the inhaler. That's what the pulmonologist is for. Ok yeah I get that but my appointment with the pulmonologist wasn't for a couple more months. I was told not to use the inhaler so much and it would last longer (this was told to me by someone else in the office but still ... wow ok). She wouldn't even prescribe tylenol for my back pain so I asked to be sent to a pain clinic for help. She did that but only after I sent an "email" via Peak Vista. The last time I saw her I told her my back pain was pretty severe and we (she) decided on a TENS unit. Too bad she has a serious problem actually listening to her patients or she would have heard me say that it wouldn't help. So done with her and the clinic. Do not go there unless you want to end up with more issues due to her inability to listen and to actually care about you because she doesn't.

I've been a patient at the Divide branch for probably 6-8 years now. My general experience with them up until the last couple years or so was great. But it's been going south in some significant ways. I left a voicemail (VERY difficult, if not now impossible to get anyone *live* at the Divide location, which now just redirects to their general automated system) that wasn't returned for about a week! I had 3 issues I wanted to be seen for, but because I was rushed, I wasn't able to address the 3rd issue. I was told that each patient is only given 15 min., and later that "only one issue can be addressed/visit" when I finally did get a call back. I was told that they're "short staffed", just like I have been for the last 2-3 years. Aside from the probability that they're likely short staffed only because they don't want to pay a rate that attracts those needing employment, if in fact they are short staffed, then they should be more than willing to address any and all patients' issues during one visit. It's much less efficient to go through everything involved to be seen (scheduling, check-in, pre-exam body weight, blood pressure check, 02 uptake, meds review and summary of why being seen)...ONCE, vs. go through all that stuff over and over for each visit. I think they're smarter than that, but don't care. Because it's not about the Hippocratic Oath anymore. The #1 priority is *maximizing* profits at the expense (in more ways than one) of the patient. And when I finally received a voicemail with the blood lab results, the only info given was that I need to increase my statin (for high cholesterol) and that the one lab done indicative of an autoimmune disease came up negative (I've got what appears to be systemic joint degeneration; my right knee is in very bad shape). As if they've done their job and there's no further course of action. There definitely is...a referral to a specialist. But, no mention of it, so I had to call back, leave a voicemail and wait that week for a call back. And now it's been several more business days and still haven't heard back with the requested referral. And the attitude they fall back on is weak excuses (short staffed) and full agreement that the US health care system sucks. It's the short version of saying, "We suck, we know it, and we don't care. We'll try to appease our collective conscience by inferring that it's not us, that we have no control over our own policies. And because it may be common, we pretend it's acceptable (as if Nazis told themselves killing Jews in Europe in WWII was acceptable because it was commonplace). Oh, and it doesn't suck one bit for us...we're getting richer and richer by maximizing profits from our willful apathy, inefficiency, position of power, impunity and everything else that has us...getting away with it." Even if the unemployment rate is low, that just means Peak Vista isn't offering attractive enough employment compensation. I'm sure most of us over 18 have had past jobs, but sought, found, and landed positions with better compensation. Virtually every time I visit, I'm taken back for the pre-exam vitals and review by a new female MA (don't think I've ever seen a male employee); looks like their employee turnover rate is quite high. One might suspect their employees move on to better compensating healthcare positions. And if so, I seriously doubt the healthcare provider with the more attractive compensation package has to fold because the company's profits aren't high enough. And please Peak Vista...spare the cut & paste reply that says you're (paraphrasing) dedicated to providing the best health care possible, then ask the reviewer to (sigh) make another call to the complaint dept. The complaint dept should simply be reading these reviews! If Peak Vista was sincerely dedicated as they say, I and so many others wouldn't be complaining as we are.

Friendly service when actually seen, but lately won't answer the phone to schedule an appointment to be seen for croup and strep. I've been calling for a week now and left several messages, I also scheduled online days ago, still no response.
