Peak Physical Therapy

My husband went to Peak Physical Therapy in Walnut Ridge for therapy after a total knee replacement. Now my husband can walk without pain. Jacob was very thorough. He’s dedicated to getting the best outcome for the patient. He is caring and professional. We would recommend Jacob to anyone who needs therapy. We are doing exercises at home he provided us so my husband will continue to have a good quality of life.

I highly recommend Jacob @ Peak Physical Therapy in Walnut Ridge! I needed physical therapy for treatment of pain in my lower back, which was so sore that I often could hardly sit, sleep or get through daily tasks. However, upon initial evaluation, Jacob assured me that my condition was treatable, explained where the pain was coming from and that he was confidant that it would resolve with therapy. He developed a treatment plan based not only on reducing my pain level, but also on regaining strength and mobility. Over the course of 6-8 weeks, Jacob constantly checked and tested my progress, made adjustments to exercises and stretches as needed, and generally educated me to work safely and consistently on the treatment program. I am absolutely amazed at how quickly the pain began to subside and my lower back began to feel better overall. I now have no pain whatsoever, I have gained flexibility and stability, and I am back to doing the activities I enjoy. In addition, I have incorporated the procedures I learned into my regular daily routine and I hope to keep my back healthy over the long run. Thank you so much Jacob @ Peak Physical Therapy! I absolutely love Peak Physical Therapy! The atmosphere is comfortable, which helped ease the nervousness of needing PT, and I always leave feeling much better. I had to miss a session last week and felt the difference. I appreciate having such a great place in town to be able to go and do PT, and I also love the comfortability of it while pushing myself to work to get better! Jacob does a wonderful job trying new things and working on strengthening his clients, while still having fun doing it. I recommend them highly to anyone!

My daughter and I have both used Peak Physical Therapy in Walnut Ridge. It has been a great experience for us both! The therapist, Jacob, is compassionate, patient, personable, and really listens! He doesn’t just read the chart and go, he asks questions and listens and creates a personalized treatment plan/accompdations based on your pain and what you can or cannot handle! The receptionist Jamie, is super sweet and willing to answer any questions and accommodate you in any way needed! She is really personable as well! 10/10 recommend and will forever use them!

When my son took a helmet to the knee, during football, we took him to his regular pcp but it was Jacob who got him in with an ortho, to get a closer look. It turned out to be a severely bruised tibia and once again Jacob to the rescue! My son thought he was just going to therapy but it turns out he and Jacob have become great friends. We could not have asked for better care from Jacob and a great role model for our son. I have the utmost gratitude and respect for him and Peak Therapy.

My youngest daughter is in band it hurt her back, we were referred to Peak Physical Therapy in Walnut Ridge with Jacob. He was amazing with her and go her back to playing. So when I fell in September of last year there was no hesitation when asked where I wanted to do my physical therapy. He really cares about his patients as well as the community. Would recommend him 100 times over.

While I have not myself been a patient at Peak Physical therapy, I can vouch for Jacob Jones the therapist there. We were co workers years ago when starting my career and he must be singled out as one of the largest influences on my development and confidence in my own practice as a PT. I considered him a valuable mentor and a great friend during our time working together. I was regularly astonished by his thorough and thoughtful approach in providing care for his patients. The outside of the box critical thinking he would use to best develop his plan of care for each individual patient; rather than a cookie cutter "one size fits all" approach. I know every patient going to Peak Physical Therapy is in great hands!

Hands down the best PT on this side of the Mississippi! Jacob and his staff are incredibly friendly and so informative! He agreed to see our 5 year old who was struggling throwing a softball due to an accident. She absolutely loved going every Tuesday and Thursday! Jacob makes you feel like the most important person in the room when he talks to you! I WOULD RECOMMEND 100 times over!
