Mother, in SLC, UT, of Carroll College football freshman #23, was able to navigate quickly his recovery treatment while he is up in Helena, MT. Peak Physical therapy has been amazing with getting my son in immediately after some upper extremity injuries that required immediate joint and soft tissue mobilization, and other treatment modalities to increase the rate of tissue recovery and healing. They have been super easy to work with we appreciate having them a part of my son's medical team for recovery after each football game. If you are an athlete (high school), recovery starts with having a PT a part of your athlete's team. PT's are great assets for an ACL surgery, but the better or best option is to get them on your athlete's team for the preventative, such as hamstring mobilization and range of motion work. Thank you for being a part of my son's ongoing recovery program while he plays for Carroll College Football!

I have been to PEAK PT for two different issues over the last year. I love how knowledgeable and kind the docs and techs are and how organized and welcoming the front desk staff is. Free coffee is always a bonus first thing in the morning. Will continue to recommend to friends and family.

Why I'm giving Peak Rehab the best review possible: You know the difference when you're talking to health care professionals who genuinely want to hear you out, understand your symptoms, and work to provide you a genuine plan towards recovery. Peak is genuine, and when you're sitting in front of them you'll know it. Truth is rehabilitation was a hoop I was having to jump through for my doctor. But after a couple of visits I felt more motivated to actually follow the in home goals that Peak asked of me to do, and I've lost the indifferent attitude I originally had, making actual progress in my own health.. and respect for those at Peak trying to help me.

Excellent customer service and PT support. I've really enjoyed my time at Peak! They have been incredibly supportive and provided excellent care. I've had a tricky schedule and the PT specialist has gone out of her way to fit my schedule. The care has been excellent. They are also able to provide alternative care treatments which is GREAT! Strongly recommend.

Long overdue review. Shortly after moving to Helena last January, I suffered a trimalleolar fracture of my ankle (ouch!) resulting in 10 screws and 2 plates. Being the new kid in town and hobbling around on one leg in Montana winter is not an easy task! The staff at Peak Physical Therapy were instrumental in helping me build strength and learning to walk again. Everyone at this office was extremely helpful and brought a lot of positivity to my life in these difficult times Over 1 year later and I am happy to report I am back to doing performing the majority of my favorite life activities like before the accident (attached photo of me snowboarding last weekend). I would highly recommend the services that Peak offers - I am truly thankful to both their physical therapists and admin staff for all of their help in getting me back on my feet (literally!).

The whole staff treats you like you've been friends for years. Very knowledgeable, they work closely with you to make sure the exercises they send you home with are appropriate to your situation and that you are doing them correctly. I've read that frozen shoulder can take up to 2 years to "thaw". Working with the therapists at Peak shortened that time to about 6 months. Would rate more stars if it were possible!

This is actually Dale Bahr, although Google insists on identifying me as Ken, but Peak Physical Therapy and the entire Staff are so good, I'm going to share the experience anyway. I am 70 and have had a lifetime of horse, car and motorcycle injuries that had left me in pretty miserable condition. Dr. Jennell has done nothing short of amazing work and I feel better than when I was 30. They provide a complete approach with treatments and exercise programs that really work. The entire staff is wonderful. They're kind, patient with my many idiosyncrasies and always upbeat and positive. You will not be treated like a "throw away" because of age at Peak.
