Kristine, Trevor and John are amazing. Blanca in reception is awesome as well. They have been a godsend in my life and have helped me overcome the obstacles life presented me. I would choose Peak over any other clinic because they really care and take the time. Choose Peak!!

Been doing PT at Pasco clinic after back surgery and the staff is AMAZING!!!!. You can tell they love what they do and isn't just about a job/pay check and they truly make you feel like they are there to help you get better. I'm so glad I went with Peak for my PT as it's been great working with them during this process. Thanks Peak!!!!

Kyle is very knowledgeable and helpful, I appreciate the help I have gotten coming here. **Edit** Kyle left and they seem to have a difficult time keeping good therapists there. The next therapist only lasted a few months before I was changed again. I have been coming for over a year for help with my chronic pain management, but today I was denied care by Trevor because I wasn't getting better fast enough (I won't get better, I get worse as my condition worsens until I have surgery and that repeats) He confirmed that my metrics are at least staying the same while my condition is worsening... But apparently that wasn't good enough. If you need consistent care, this isn't the place. Physical therapy was one of the last things I had to help me with my pain management and they have taken it away from me. **Update:** This was not resolved. They denied care because of hypothetical situations about insurance audits and not based on the requests from my doctor and authorizations from my insurance. My insurance never denied care or coverage and my doctor has and is willing to send any referrals needed, but they are denying me care. I am disabled and this was my only pain management option I had that my insurance paid for, and they have taken that from me. Greed apparently is a factor, because they said they would treat me if I came more often (it is a 4 hr round trip car drive for me, with driving being one of the worst things for my pain). But if I let them bill me and my insurance more, they would work with me. But they aren't willing to continue providing the care that was helping me. This whole situation has left me depleted and frustrated with our entire medical system.

The reason for the 2 stars isn’t actually their fault. They were great! However, their billing department is located out of California and separate from them…the billing department is a joke. Call to make payments and have to leave a voicemail. May or may not hear back but will damn sure get communication that a payment is past due. Took months to hear back from a billing department manager after leaving several messages. Do yourself a favor and just go elsewhere to not have to deal with the hassel.

Kyle and the staff at peak physical are great. They are very personable, and kind. I wouldn't recommend other people anywhere else, and they helped me alot with the road to recovery.

Super helpful! In addition to the typical physical therapy, Kyle focuses on education. He explains the reasoning and purpose of the exercises. with this added knowledge, I am able to continue to work on my PT when not able to come in, and when I run out of sessions. Highly recommended.
