Julia was a very good PT, she helped me regain my confidence and strength post MCL tear. She was encouraging and never condescending. The staff as a whole were always friendly and helpful.

I worked with Claire for several months to successfully recover from a shoulder injury. She is kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and the overall atmosphere in the clinic is relaxed and friendly. Highly recommended for any PT needs.

I cannot praise Dr. Julia Tang at Peak Physical Therapy - Mountain View enough for her outstanding care during my frozen shoulder treatment. Her expertise and personalized approach not only alleviated my pain but also restored my shoulder's mobility, enabling me to return to the gym and daily activities with ease. Dr. Tang demonstrated remarkable patience and skill, tailoring each session to my specific needs. Their encouragement was pivotal in my recovery, pushing me through the toughest parts of my rehabilitation with a blend of professional insight and genuine compassion. I wholeheartedly recommend Julia Tang to anyone in need of physical therapy. Her dedication and the positive environment at Peak Physical Therapy - Mountain View have made a significant impact on my life, turning a challenging situation into a journey of recovery and strength. Michi was an amazing physical therapist. I was referred to her for 6 months of PT after a shoulder surgery. Michi handled my recovery really well and made sure I hit my milestones throughout the recovery process. She's very friendly and takes time to ensure the exercises are being done the right way. Her calendar is usually pretty booked so I recommend booking appointments at least two weeks in advance.

I went here for six months for a frozen shoulder before I realized it wasn't improving. I actually only stopped going because they messed up the appointment scheduling, but I'm glad they did. Eventually I found out that the therapist here was making my inflammation worse, the way she was trying to stretch my capsule (shoulder). It got much better within a month of switching to a different place. I don't like to give negative reviews, but I feel like people should know this. I'm embarrassed I didn't realize it sooner; I wasted a lot of time on these appointments.

I’ve had experiences with a number of physical therapists over the years and Peak PT is far and away the best. In most situations you see very little of the physical therapist and are handed off to a tech. Not at Peak. Rich is a fantastic therapist who is knowledgeable, hands on, produces great results, and is fun and engaging. All the therapists have been carefully vetted. Kirsten the office manager is on top of everything and goes out of her way to accommodate. The overall experience at Peak is excellent.

Although the therapists are very good, receptionists are neglectful about appointments. My son has been coming for more than a year and I have specifically requested to maintain his slot and they said they will send reminder when due. Yet they gave away the spots without checking. I am surprised they are still in business with such poor customer service.

I have had shoulder/elbow and ankle rehab here and the staff is excellent. I appreciate that they are in my health care provider's network and that they are local. They do get get very busy, though, so you should book your series of appointments at your first visit to guarantee a future visit.
