Peak Physical Therapy

I have visited Peak Physical Therapy twice now, once for an ACL repair (my PT was Chris) and again for an ankle break/dislocation (my PT was Kristin). My experience at Peak both times far superseded my expectations. The therapists at Peak are kind, knowledgeable, and sympathetic. They pushed me to make progress, but understood when limitations occurred. They took the time to get to know me personally and made me feel welcomed each visit. I cannot recommend Peak Physical Therapy enough!

Everyone at Peak therapy is amazing! Every therapist is attentive to your needs and asked questions to make sure everything is good. When I was released from the hospital from having a fractured left femur, I was so happy to hear that I was going to be able to go to Peak therapy, when I had knee replacement in 2014 that’s when I was first introduced to Peak therapy. I recommend them highly. Best out patient therapy ever!!

I have known Chris Adam's for many years so when I was injured I reached out to start therapy. DJ is an amazing physical therapist who listened and brought practical exercises that helped with daily quality of life. Thanks so much!

Kristin was my physical therapist here at the Forney location. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional while always engaging in your day by being thoughtful and compassionate. They actually did a full assessment of my pain by measuring my limitations of movement on my first and last visit. Also, If I was early she would get me right, I never had to wait more than a minute.

Just finished up my PT with DJ from a left ankle injury I got at work and let me tell you DJ got me moving around better and I’m more solid on my feet then I’ve been. Set me up on a solid plan for my visits as well as for home and had me getting better with every session. Also the entire staff is awesome and super friendly. If anyone is looking for a physical therapist for whatever reason you gotta hit up Peak PT and they’ll take good care of you and have you back to your normal routine better than ever!

Everyone very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Jordan was the best. He did good. His physical therapy techniques got my knee working so much better. My total knee replacement is doing just great. Thank you very much.

Great crew working here, they are all friendly and work as a fun team. I only spent a few weeks working with them after my injury, they focused on what I needed to back up to almost 100%, just some residual pain that’s fading away with time.
