I was not a believer of physical therapy. Had quite a few different ones before for different pain. All they did was to tell me to do a bunch of exercises, then go home and do more exercises. None of them worked, and some made the pain worse. But here at Peak's, they made me a believer. Kevin is great. He's very patient and did a detailed evaluation on my first visit. Then he spends time to loosen up my pained areas every time I go, followed by whatever exercises I could handle. Then heated electric stimulation. All of these have helped. I went from being on wheelchair/using a walker to now, I can walk on my own! The staff there is super nice and helpful too. You would never be sitting/standing there for more than a second waiting for the next step. And the ladies at the front do their best to help you get scheduled as early as possible. They are busy (but worth the wait) I would recommend all my friends to come here if they need physical therapy. I am very happy I found them.

It's been a 10/10 experience for me at Peak Physical Therapy! I started doing pt sessions at this clinic mid-September. Since then, I've seen 4 different physical therapists (Michelle, Genevieve, Alex, and Kevin) due to scheduling conflict on my end. Each of them have been so gracious, empathic, and very supportive of my treatment plan. I was feeling somewhat hopeless after having to deal with the effects of wearing the camboot for 6 weeks. Fast forward to being under Peak's care for 7 weeks now, I'm feeling more mobile, confident, and efficient in performing my daily tasks as a Preschool Teacher. I also have a better understanding of how my body works and do feel well-informed of what I ought to do in case a familiar pain within the area of my injury comes to surface. The therapists do such a great job making their patients take part in their healing journey through an informative care plan approach. I was wondering why I ended up having to call 6 different PT places within my area and not get someone to pick up my call until the last one - PEAK. I'm so thankful God led me here and allow these amazing therapists help me get back on my feet!!

I have visited Peak Physical Therapy from June till beginning of September 2023. Alex Liang was the physical therapist worked with me. He is very knowledgeable and experience physical therapist. His exercises helped me to reduce the knee pain and I am noticeably stronger in areas that I didn’t know how to activate!

The facility is good, spacious, and clean. My PT Alex Liang is wonderful, he's patient, thoughtful, very knowledgeable, and absolutely professional. All the staffs are polite and friendly. I also received personal care plan with each exercise video, great attentive service. Highly recommended!

I am so impressed by PEAK Physical Therapy. The therapist I work with, Alex, is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and perceptive. He has identified my weak areas and adapted my program as my strength has improved. He is easy to talk with, and communicates very well. Everyone I have met here are friendly, cheerful, and warm, and the energy is very positive. The space is open, clean, bright, and uncluttered. I have definitely found my place for PT!

I was told by the front desk of peak physical therapy that I had to pay 20% of the service and Medicare paid 80% after I reached the copay in early February 2023. This sounded fair to me so I jointed. After 5 times of therapy they called me said Medicare didn’t approve and I had to pay full amount of $650. I paid $650 unhappily. Just want to remind people who wants to join: please make sure that Peak physical therapy checks your insurance first before you sign the paper otherwise you’ll have to pay 100% of the service ( a big surprise and hurts) like what happened on me.

I can't say enough good things about Alex Liang at Peak Physical Therapy!! Alex has been helping my mom recover from a rare but serious foot injury that required surgery. The expected recovery process has been described by many others online as long and painful, but with Alex' help she has been gaining the muscle strength, skills and confidence to walk correctly again with minimal pain and no walking aides!! Alex is extremely knowledgeable, patient, caring, and organized. We absolutely recommend him without any reservation. I also want to mention that Peak Physical Therapy in Cupertino is very clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. It's a comfortable and trustworthy place to go to for physical therapy!

As a person with chronic cervical pain, I have visited quite a few physical therapy places. This is the second one that I am giving five star. I had Michelle who is professional and compassionate. Whenever I brought up a question she answer well with a suggestion or fix to my problem. I also tried Genevieve who retired soon after. You just felt half healed the moment you feel heard and understood. Their aids are good too. And their place is spacious with lots of natural light and most important, always well organized and tidy. I already referred a couple of my friends there. And I would recommend for you without any hesitation.
