Peak Physical Therapy and Sports Performance- Pembroke

Excellent facility and great helpful staff. I went to physical therapy with Dan and kelsey for 4 months and it was so helpful as I had a very serious back injury from a car accident. I love the massage at the beginning of the session..I used to go to ATI at one point and peak is so so much better. I would highly recommend peak and the office is so organized with the billing unlike other practices I went to in the past Keep up the great work

My experience at Peak Physical Therapy in Pembroke was excellent! To start with I made a phone call and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. She booked me an appointment for the same week according to my convenience and it was great receiving text message reminders. My PT, Dan MacDonald, was amazing! Thanks to his carrying attention, knowledge, professionalism, kindness, and great recommendations, I was able to feel better and move forward. He was very attentive listening, patient, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his massage skills that helped me with pain and discomfort in my neck areas immediately. Dan was very attentions and cautious setting up individualized exercises to help me improve symptoms of vertigo and following up with tests to check for improvements and performing reevaluation and recommendations. Thank you very much Dan and also Thomas that was a great assistant and all of the team at Peak Physical Therapy in Pembroke.

The care and attention at this office is excellent! We wouldn’t go anywhere else! Our daughter Ellie Grace, 11 year old competitive gymnast, required physical therapy after an injury. Knowing the high demand and toll competitive sports has on the body we were very particular on who to trust with her recovery and researched local options. Peak Pembroke has left us with no regrets! The quality and experience of the therapists, especially with youth athletes, has been instrumental in her recovery. Her excellent team consists of Dan, Sam and Thomas but seeing the other therapists at work in the office the experience and professionalism is apparent. Her team formulated her recovery plan and adjusted it to meet her bodies needs as her recovery changed. They’ve helped not only heal the injury but also have taught her injury prevention which will be invaluable in the future. Hopefully she’ll have no further injuries but if she does……we’ll be back here, no questions asked! Thanks for your hard work Peak Pembroke!

Ben was my physical therapist and I can happily give him 5 stars for his excellent care. His explanations of the possible causes of my back pain along with a very easy to succeed at home plan partnered with a lot of varied exercises every session allowed my body the chance to get stronger and heal. The entire staff from the receptionists scheduling and answering phones to all the support staff were professional and personable. I’ll be returning to Peak PT in Pembroke whenever I have a need from now on. Thanks Ben! Great job explaining the reasons behind the exercise plan and not just giving me things to do. It makes a huge difference!

I have used Peak twice, each time after a knee surgery. Alicia Covell is fantastic. Alicia has improved my knees range of motion, strength, and stability both times and has had me back able to compete ahead of schedule after each surgery. She is professional, talented, and is an outstanding and positive presence. I highly recommend Alicia, Thomas, and all the staff at the Pembroke Peak location.

This peak location is great,from the staff when first walking in, who go above and beyond " squeezing" you in last minute with a smile to ALL the therapists with a special shout out to BEN ....he is amazing..going far and above most places I've been to. Many PT places these days leave you laying there alone doing your exercises then heat or cold or both ..then bike or treadmill then bye bye....Ben is hands on and always makes sure everything is good before you leave. Sam and everyone at Peak PT Pembroke is so kind and friendly. I suffered a concussion and have been going to Sam for four months. He really knows his stuff and is very diligent asking questions and making sure I understand what’s going on and what my treatment plan is. He takes your pain seriously and wants to help you get better. I am very grateful for him and all of the staff there!

I had knee surgery, I had to have PT which I have never had. Right from the girls at the front office and Sam coming out front to get me they all made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Peak Therapy in Pembroke. Now a year later, had other knee done, requested Sam who was great the previous year however he was over seeing Ben who is in training and will graduate soon. Sam asked if it was ok that Ben worked with me and I was fine with that. Ben was great and very patient with me and Sam was always there if I had any questions. Hope my surgeries are done for now but would always recommend Peak Therapy.
