Herniated discs were no match for Jeremy! After being stuck in bed for 2 weeks with severe sciatica pain, Jeremy was able to perform a miracle and allow the pain to become manageable. After only 3 visits, all my pain was gone! He even went above and beyond to teach me other stretch techniques to help prevent it. He also called to follow up and ask how I was after my last visit. Highly recommend! 12 out of 10!!!
Jeremy is great! Went in for a screening today, and he was very knowledgeable and thorough, and he gave me stuff to do at home on my own as well. Definitely recommend, and he also has another location in Wake Forest
Jeremy has been amazing. Over the last five years I have seen him for hip, back, and calf issues when he was in the Cary office of Raleigh Orthopedics. He was friendly, detail oriented, and extremely knowledgeable. Always interested in finding out the source of your problem coming up with a great treatment plan. He has kept my active 55 year old body going. I liked him so much that when he moved to North Raleigh, I decided to see him even though it was a 45 minute drive for me. As always, he got me back out on the tennis court and running trails.
Always on time, no waiting. A friendly atmosphere. Nice clean place. Very professional. I highly recommend this place.

Been going to see Jeremy now for (3) Weeks and now feeling awesome. Jeremy is for sure a profession at his skill set and does a fantastic job. I highly recommend Peak Performance and am so fortunate to have Jeremy treating me.
Excellent communication. Thoroughly explained everything I needed to know and what to expect, which totally soothed the anxiety I had been feeling going in because this is my first experience with physical therapy. I was patiently led through the entire process and look forward to improving my health. I was not expecting such immediate results. Thank you, I wholeheartedly recommend.
Jeremy engaged with me about my personal life, such as how my wife and kids were doing. He showed he cared about more than just my shoulder pain. He listened when I told him about my pain and was always intent on not allowing me to be in pain while working on my shoulder. Definitely recommend for PT!!
