Peak Performance Physical Therapy

I had an appointment scheduled with Kaitlin, and my provider was switched without my knowledge or permission. This is especially unprofessional because I had confirmed that I would be seeing Kaitlin on the phone with staff days before. I learned about the change from a text to confirm my appointment; I called to question the switch, and was told by the scheduler, Kia, that he was on vacation and didn't know why the therapist I had selected was switched. The fact that this switch was done without contacting me, after I personally confirmed I would in fact be seeing Kaitlin, and going through the on-line registration process was very dissapointing. I'm a retired clinician myself, and would not have switched my patients without their knowledge or permission. I promptly informed them that I let my insurance know what had happened, and there would be no charge for canceling the appointment the same day, given the unprofessional way Peak Performance does business. PLEASE, PLEASE make sure your provider is not switched on you,

Caitlin, Sebastian, and the rest of the crew at Peak Performance Physical Therapy are truly incredible. I’ve only been going for a brief amount of time but have already seen great improvement. I usually wake up in pain but today was the first day in as long as I can remember without it. I went in today and shared the news, so Caitlin immediately bumped up my workout with ZERO increase in pain or discomfort. Not to mention, everyone there are just good people. I enjoy going to PT and taking the time out of my day for Peak Performance to heal my body. Thank you all for the 5-star service, good laughs, and helping me on the journey to heal my body and take my pain away. You’re all awesome!!

Mario and Kaitlin are amazing! Needed PT for a torn hamstring and through their guidance, therapy, and knowledge, I was back running much faster than I would have without PT. Such a great vibe with wonderful staff. Would highly recommend Peak Performance!!
