Peak Form Medical Center

I've had a wonderful experience with Peak Form, Kyle, Thaddeus, Lance and Harmony have all been extremely helpful with the healing process for my knee dislocation. Everyone has also been so friendly and kind, from doctors to receptionists, and every level between! Definitely would recommend any location to anyone needing help recovering from an injury.

Currently recovering from a torn ACL and the PTs at this location have been nothing short of amazing. Patient, kind, and knowledgeable are the three best words I can use to describe them. I’ve worked with Thaddeus, Kyle, and Lance and while they each bring a different energy, they’re all incredible.

Awesome place. The PTs are very knowledgable and are willing to work with you. The doctors are also super friendly, knowledgable, and, most importantly, very comforting. Just really awesome people all around. Highly recommend.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. The PT was great all went super smooth and they got me back up and going good as new. I am very grateful for everything they did for me.

I injured my hip at work delivering packages for amazon. I came over to peak form & was checked out by a doctor & then they recommended i do some PT. & was givin some medicine. I started doing PT with Thaddeus for a few weeks, he has helped me get back to normal at work & pushed me to strengthen my hip muscle that was bothering me. I've noticed it getting better when i didnt need to take the medicine they perscribed me while i was at work. If it wasnt for him & the Peak form team i would still in pain at work. Thank you for all your help. If your injured at work & need a doctor/PT i recommended the team at peak form medical for all ur needs. Its also super convenient to have your doctor & PT (physical theraphy) all in the same place soo your not havin to drive around to 2 separate places. & they work with your work schedule.

Had a great experience with Peak Form. Front desk staff were all so friendly. PT Lance is so helpful and fun to talk to. Dr. Manchester and Bailey are fantastic and has really helped me heal.
