Peak Form Medical Center

This facility is amazing. The staff really goes above and beyond. They got me scheduled in even though there was an error on Worksteps part. All of the staff were so friendly, this was such a breath of fresh air! By far the best customer service (service in general) that I have had in a long time!

I've been coming to this facility for physical therapy and check ups for over 2-years. They have always taking good care of me and made sure I was doing what I needed to do to help my recovery. My physical therapist Thaddeus has been amazing in my treatment. I have my left shoulder surgery next and plan on continuing my recovery treatment at this facility with the doctors and staff who truly care.

I've gone to Peak for several injuries and I've had the best experience with the employees and therapists. Thaddeus has been my most recent therapist for the last 2 rounds of therapy. He worked with me on one issue to avoid surgery, when i thought surgery was the only fix. Then helped me post surgery to get back into shape for my favorite hobbies. I highly recommend Peak!

I have been going here for a few months now for a work injury. The doctors are great and really listen and work with you. The PT therapists are awesome too! I work mainly with Kyle and Harmony and highly recommend either of them. Front desk people as well as the nurses, everyone is friendly and helpful. At PFMC they really do care about their patients and their road to recovery.

Crystal made it happen. Whoever this woman is give her a raise. She was amazing. You guys need options for more stars because she is one

All staff from Doctors, support staff, Physical therapists, Massage therapists and front desk are always so helpful. Highly recommend Brighton location. Supportive and caring crew!

Crystal, was more than outstanding to me. She took great care of me along with Ashley Lamb. Crystal always knew my name and was always efficient and more than professional too. I will miss going and seeing her. Asley Lamb also was outstanding honest and caring. In such a stressful injury they took great care of me. Thankful also for PT crew couldnt made it with out you all. Only thing was new girl today couldnt get my name right or appointment time either, after 4 times and with my id still got wrong the ladies that have been thier had to fix also she was not as patient friendly.

I want thank all the staff at Peak Form Medical Center. In Brighton Co.Im very satisfied with the most Professional way that are my Medical needs where handeled.Very highly Recomended.To anyone I give them Five Stars.Bryan,Brittany, Janet.To all Staff.Once again thank you very much ❤️
