Very professional and easy to work around busy schedule. Both telehealth and in person therapy available.

Was assigned a therapist who seemed disinterested in working with me. Showed up to our last appointment 12 minutes late because she had to "fix her earbuds." Asked me to show documentation from previous doctors stating I have autism and adhd in order to get a letter of accomodation for school and recommended I just go back to my old treatment team rather than accepting the documents she asked for and helping me. I closed out of telehealth because there was simply no talking to someone who had already decided they didn't want to work with me and wanted to try to be professional but disengaged anyway. Don't waste my time. Was billed for a 30 minute session rather insurance handling the bill like they had every other session. There's no respect for people's issues and I was completely overlooked by them in terms of getting proper help. Will not recommend. Rather than assuming because someone is talking to you, maybe put those years of schooling and experience to good use and pay attention to your clients and understand them. Can really save lives.

The counseling that Peak provides is top notch as evidenced by the fact that they are very busy. They are very friendly and do their best to accommodate your schedule and try to get you in as soon as possible. Their therapists are top notch and have helped tremendously. You won't go wrong by going here.

Thank you to Eric for being so awesome with my son who was diagnosed with Aspergers. I appreciate the way that he worked with my son and I both together and individually. Scheduling was easy and any questions were answered promptly

I would highly recommend Peak Counseling for any of your mental or emotional therapeutic concerns. The staff is professional, kind, dedicated, and provides practical solutions to your individual or family needs.

Advertises hours for 7:30am - 7:30pm. Yet can only see people weekdays in the middle of the day. Zero accommodating appointments for those that work.

The counseling is great, but it took too long to received a response from billing and scheduling.

Excellent and compassionate counseling! Best in Alaska!
