I want to express my deepest gratitude to Andrew, who's been very professional and knowledgeable. His encouragement lifted me out from my worries, and stress. He's compassionate, and his hard work is so much appreciated. The staff is very friendly, you can feel a heartwarming welcome every time you step into the room. Thank you so much Andrew MacFarlane, and staff for everything. I can't thank enough for the exceptional service from Makayla McNeil. She's always greets me with her warm smile and friendly attitude. I'm so grateful, and thankful for all your help. I'm truly happy and thankful for the outstanding service from Desiree Giguel. She greets me from the moment I walk in. I'm always greeted with friendly hello, and a warm welcome. I'm forever grateful for your kindness.

There's something extremely concerning about the Peachtree orthopedics brand. They only care about money and not patients. It was also very difficult to cancel my appointment with them as it is extremely difficult to get in touch with a person. They also spammed me with automated texts, calls, and emails even after I asked them to take me off their list. I would never recommend Peachtree orthopedic to anyone! After all you have to start questioning a Drs ethics when they value money over patient well being.

My experience at this faculty was horrible. I would not go there again. The Receptionist for hand orthopedic treatment was rude, & unprofessional. I was spoken to in a demeaning way; i was there for medical treatment… literally sent away for being 5 minutes pass cut off time. My reasons were legitimate (could not find office no answer on phone) . She was argumentative… She did Call me 1 min after my appointment time. I couldn’t answer bc I was driving. She told me “there is no way we can see you” I felt personally stereotyped and treated with prejudice.

Not spending enough time with patient and pushing product on patient without disclosing the price or will it be covered by insurance. Got charged for cervical traction $300, $100 out of pocket. Same one is sold everywhere at $29.90. Doctors try to push you into psychical therapy owned by the same company - also way overpriced. They do have decent doctors but they make them do sales instead of letting them do the job. Hate leaving 1 star reviews but people deserve honesty from a provider.

Not working for patients they don’t tell how much I need to pay they said first u need to take appointment then they will tell. And last appointment is 4.30 pm it’s not working for me I ask any 5 pm or 6.00 pm they said no

I heard the new receptionist there is pretty good and she's pretty helpful with the staff and clients. Think she's a good fit for the establishment.
