I had to be brought into the hospital from a cruise ship. I was there in the hospital a day and a half until I was stable enough to fly. Every single person I dealt with was amazing. They took very good care of me. What was extremely helpful was that their system, PeaceHealth was compatible with MyChart and my primary doctor was able to see all my test results. That was a very good thing.

Excellent experience with PeaceHealth. We were incredibly impressed with the quality of care that my wife received during an ER visit and short admission. All of the clinicians we interacted with were caring and highly competent.

The ER nurses and staff were pleasant and kind. Once I was moved to the floor I didn’t receive the same kind of care. The bedside manner at this hospital is too laid back. Today 9/29/23 I needed to reach out to the case manager Sarah when I spoke with the case manager the first time right after leaving the hospital. My job needed for me to speak back with the case managers because I had paperwork that needed to be filled out. I left a message on Sarah voicemail then I called twice where she was clearly monitoring her calls. When she finally answered her phone her statement was she was in a meeting. Who answers the phone during a meeting just call the customer. Common sense would tell you the patient has additional questions and concerns. I’m guessing two calls in one day for her is overwhelming. She never returned my call. I’m hoping her boss will read this and address it. In all of my years of working I have never seen so many people in one place nonchalant and floating on air. It like no care in the world. You truly have to love helping people, customer service and having a passion for caregiving. The hospital/ medical field and people lives you never want to be down playing. After what I’ve seen it appears this facility has a lot of people coming from all over the USA . When all else fails at PeaceHealth Medical Facility then those same people will find somewhere else to work.

This hospital has the most incompetent staff I have ever seen. It’s almost scary being a patient here because you don’t even know if they are going to take care of you properly. The staff is completely under trained and this has been the worst experience of my life. If I could fly to a better hospital I would. The staff is rude and loud and does not care about the well being of their patients. They should truly be ashamed of themselves and whoever runs the show here needs to step up the hiring process and training process.

I was sent to the ER by a very concerned doctor. The ER doctor wouldn't do any labs tests or help of any kind. My piss has been dark brown for days. And they wouldn't even give IV fluids. I've been so sick for 4 days my doctor said she thinks I have pneumonia. The ER doctor couldn't be bothere to do her job and check me out or help me in any way. This place is a joke and that ER doctor needs fired.

Complete joke. Long wait times, inability to provide any meaningful help. Was discharged while blood dripped from my head. Waited 3 hrs to be told they would provide ZERO help; instead tried to tell me how to take Tylenol. Nurses were very helpful. The "doctor" Bradley is incompetent.

Fell on a cruise and was evacuated to Peace Health Medical Center. I ended up staying 3weeks but I can honestly say Dr Becker and staff of both hospital and rehab center exceptional! Nurses were caring and very friendly.

I sustained a superficial but very painful and bloody scalp laceration while on a cruise in Ketchikan and was taken to this emergency room. Care was exceptional--skillful, successful and compassionate! Dr. Stout and her nurse were lovely and my wound has healed without incident thanks to their quick and careful work. I particularly liked that Dr. Stout explained all the options to me and made a convincing case for the one she thought we should choose. I did and the outcome has been terrific. Thank you Dr. Stout and the ER staff at Ketchikan PeaceHealth Medical Center.
