They charged over $800 for a single 40-minute appointment that involved very simple exercises and no special equipment. Our out-of-pocket cost was over $500. Zero transparency or accountability regarding cost; they charge based on time not session, but you have no control over how long the appointment will be and they do not discuss it with you. I have never been charged this much for physical therapy by any other provider. I would steer clear of Phelps Health if you are looking for reasonable healthcare costs.

Without getting into personal details, I had a recent rotator cuff surgery and started my PT here last week. I can see everyone knows their stuff and what they're doing and genuine and care about what they do . I recommended :-) .
