On June 12, 2019 I experienced terrible customer service from this doctor. Dr. Payam was questioned regarding treatment for my husband and Payam respinded by raising his voice tone at me and yelling at me. I would like to emphasize that he yelled at me and stated that he had 25 years of exoereince. I explained to the doctor that some doctos with years of experience can still oversee and miss medical issues and Payam responded by getting up and refusing to treat my husband if I did not exit the room. This doctor is extremely belligerent and hostile when questioned and turns a situation into a power struggle. I would not recommend this doctor as he is agressive, rude, and hostile and will not listen to your concerns and questions. I have filed a complaint against him with Kaiser as well as the medical board. Horrible doctor
