Patterson Health Center

This review comes with great emotion as I can't express enough the gratitude myself and family have for Sarah Teaff (CEO) and Heather Reames (Dir. of Nursing). The Neal Patterson foundation should be proud knowing that both went above and beyond to ensure the vision of Patterson Health Center continues. You see, my father is a rural community member and was told that he couldn't receive blood transfusions at the location. This was devistating news as we always believed that Patterson Health Center was designed as a satalite facility that ensured rural neighbors continuety of care without driving an hour for emergent needs. Sarah and Heather were advocates and able to retract the decision in order to stand by the mission/vision of the organization. THANK YOU! Your efforts do not go unnoticed.

Bring in your loved one in to be asked why you think it was important enough to bother the doctor in the middle of the night.... really what you want to hear from the person you are suppose to trust with their care!!!!

I can’t even express the gratitude I have for the nurses, case worker and the staff. With a very difficult situation my father very Ill with a heart valve infection. He also lost his first born son when he was in the care of Patterson Hospital. The staff and nurses made it possibly for him to attend services. Forever grateful❤️ They have always returned phone calls, also understanding the situation. Thank You All!!

Everyone was super nice, and the wait was very short. Honestly more places could run with this level of care. Gold stars.

I went to this hospital a while ago but I had a fungal infection and my head was leaking blood and fluids, I went to the er bcuz it was in the middle of the night. The nurse told me "don't you know the e.r. is meant for broken bones and car accidents." Not to mention I was there earlier and got placed with Dr. Chuck, who has had over 200 complaints filed against him and he is still allowed to practice. He gave me liver medication and anti dandruff shampoo for a fungal infection. Which in fact did not help me but in fact almost killed me and to reverse the damage he did I had to pay $342 in order to get better and they had the balls, the audacity to send me a medical bill. My sister in law brought her baby in bcuz he has asthma but at the time they didn't know that and they usually went with Dr. Leah but she wasn't there that day and he basically shamed them for him not having any of his vaccine shots and told them they are bad parents. My father in law is getting old and has knee problems and chuck didn't even bother to properly evaluate him and told him it's nothing and the pain will go away in a few days. My father in law is limping most of the time and can barely walk let alone stand. We are searching for a new hospital bcuz this practice is a joke

I’ve had many experiences at Patterson. I can’t complain about any of them. The doctors, nurses, and the rest of the staff/faculty have been great. HOWEVER, I recently dealt with a nurse (one that I’ve dealt with multiple times in the past including at the Anthony Clinic before Patterson was built) and she was incredibly rude. Every single time I’ve had to talk to her on the phone or in person she has been nothing but rude and unhelpful. Almost as if she is purposely making my experience at Patterson bad. I don’t know if this stems from her own personal biases against me or if she is this way with everyone. Something needs to be done about it.

We are blessed to have this health center in our county. Their response in the emergency room to the follow up goes above and beyond. The nurses who take the time to answer anxious questions with calm reassurance. I want to thank each and everyone of the staff who helped Danny in his time of need at Patterson Health Center for doing your job well! We could not have asked for better care!

This hospital and it’s staff are truly wonderful - they saved my mother’s life. And mitzie the case Mgr helped me so much I owe her so much. This hospital is absolutely beautiful and you won't find people quite as special as the staff here at Patterson. Everyone really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and listened to.
