Stay away from this medical facility unprofessional at its finest. The secretaries are rude and very disrespectful. If you’re gonna go to this facility, be ready to wait three hours or more. Seems to me like they’re very unorganized. They need to have better people skills obviously they don’t since, the secretary is very rude. I went there for Work Comp case every time I went there. I had to wait three hours or more. There was a few times where I got up and left and I told the rude staff, I couldn’t wait any longer. this happened a few times where I walked out because of long weight times!. I recentlybecame aware of defamation of character, Since I made several complaints in the past. And refused to be seen there through my workers comp!the secretary, there told me that I was being denied medical care because of an issue in the past with me being uncooperative. And this is my first time of being aware of this accusation. This type of accusations could shut down a place like this because they are making up lies about people and that’s defamation of character. I recently contacted the manager have yet to hear from her. Do not go to this place they are very unorganized or unprofessional. The secretaries need to be trained in proper communicating skills to the public because there people skills are trash. And don’t forget if you make a complaint, they will turn it around on you and put a bad review on your profile. This place needs to be shut down as soon as possible.

Best place to get good quality care. Caring team; and it’s a one stop shop for sure… multiple services provided here; Urgent care, Primary care and Occupational medicine.

I had a follow up appointment with Workmen’s Comp. after I had surgery the staff there are rude;? Was verbally harassed by another patient;? They called the cops and I spoke with the officer. Everything was fine. Had to go to the ER and showed why I was in pain after my surgery. My medication was refilled,? A note to be off work and show the fracture on my shoulder bone where they shaved it due to my surgery, This place is terrible, If you read all the reviews, mostly every consumer says the same thing. I give this place zero stars; When I saw them in June, I had my x-ray and MRI done on my shoulder. They said nothing was wrong with it. I go to see the specialist and had multiple tears on my shoulder. Individuals are inexperienced and poor Customer Service skills.

Diana is extremely rude. Very unprofessional , the other lady on the phone was being very rude to customers on the phone when they called in. I just needed a drug test for pre employment and the Diana was acting like I was begging her for money. Don’t ever come.

In my own perception/experience/opinion. More like PATIENTS LAST!! There is a reason this place has such low and horrible reviews. I am only giving it one star because of the staff that was pretty nice and helpful but the doctors here are horrible!! Espcially for workman’s comp. Don’t ever go here for that! My first visit i went in with an injury, they told me it was sciatica and to walk it off and stretch. I could barely walk! Went in woth a cane. Dr. Asked if that was my cane, i replied, “yes.” She smirked as she walked out the room. I asked for anything else for pain besides ibuprofen or tylenol. Same dr told me she couldn't give me any “drugs”. I didn't want drugs. I just thought maybe a non-narcotic muscle relaxer would be better. They sent over someone else’s paperwork attaches to mine to my supervisor. They prescribed me a cream for pain. The application instructions read to apply on my shoulder. Red flags all over!! Second visit i had so much pain shooting down my leg i could barely walk!! I could barely get in my car to go to my appointment. They had to literally take me to my car in a wheelchair and yet, the dr. Still didn't give me any time off to recover or any restrictions for work. Only to not lift over 25lbs. Worst experince ever. This was some straight third world socialist communist country medical treatment here. Not even medical “care.” I hope i never have to go to this place ever again!

SAVE YOURSELF THE TRIP! I had to come here and waited 1.5 hrs to be seen. When I check to see what was going on, the doctor whispered "I push two ppl ahead of her" while I was less then 10ft away from her. Then they kept saying "you're next" even after I told them what the doctor whispered. They kept saying "Your Next" and started gaslighting me to cover the doctor excuses. 🤦

Getting self pay procedures done here and it's like pulling teeth. The only person who wasn't rude was the doctor who did my physical. Good for quick urgent care services, but i wouldn't bring my mom here.

DO NOT GO HERE if you are actually sick. I had given this place a good review in the past but so much has changed. I had tried to go to My PCP but of course you can’t get in there on the same day when you’re sick (Dignity Health). Back to patients “First” The front desk staff is beyond rude to the extent that they hung up on me TWICE! They put me on hold 8min one time and 20 minutes the next. They were not only rude but just downright malicious. Even after paying my $50 copay, I NEVER got in to seeing anyone for treatment after waiting more than 4 hours in my car! I get that maybe I wasn’t rainbows and sunshine as I was actually SICK!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves! I will NEVER return to this horrible place and will make sure no one I know ever goes there either. What a disgrace!
