Pathways Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Very clean and friendly staff. My was at the facility for 14 months. Staff always made us feel welcomed. The staff always addressed our concerns. I would recommend this place to other families.

Tonight I arrive at the facility and the young receptionist is so busy tick ticking she can’t even look up and acknowledge our presence. No hello, no how are you… NOTHING. This is a place where parents come to visit their extremely challenged children. With all that these parents are coping with the least they can offer is a friendly welcome. But I don’t blame this young girl. I blame her boss who has failed to provide training and much needed mentorship and guidance. The lack of training is a disservice to this young who obviously believes this is acceptable behavior and to those who patronize this facility. Incredibly SHAMEFUL.

My son was transferred to the pediatric unit about 2 months ago and the experience was quite stressful for us as he was only 3 months old at the time and needed a lot of sensitive care and adjustments for his growth. Pathways has been nothing but amazing when it has come to making this transition easier for us as we are also quite a distance from their location. We call everyday for updates and they even helped make things easier when we were able to save some money to come visit him, and when we got there he looked absolutely amazing 👏 ❤️ The worry and stress of not seeing him was alleviated in heaps as well by the attentiveness of the staff, everyone is sooo sweet and I could tell he's been well taken care of and he is hitting all his baby milestones 😀 Now that I've worked out some kinks personally I'm able to visit my son much more and am very excited to be returning to see how great he's doing and see the wonderful staff again. Thank you Pathways we really do appreciate you guys so much for your care of our son

This place needs to be investigated. Nurses are horrible and the supervisors that work at night; do not know what they are doing. A lot of bad things are happening at this place.

Honestly I highly recommend this place to many families my boys have been there since they were small and the treatment there is beyond I’ve known them for years they know me and my boys well. I give them an A+ that’s including the whole staff from administration and down the road. I personally can sleep in peace knowing that my boys are safe and sound.

The care of my uncle was exceptional. The nursing staff was pleasant and the social work department was very helpful in setting up services for my uncle for once he was discharged. The building was super clean and the new renovations look Sharp ! I can definitely see why U.S. News and World Report rated them so high. My Uncle was at another facility a year ago and it was a nightmare for our family. I fully recommend this place

This is the worst place ever to send your child especially if they are disabled and can't fend for themselves. My son was there for three days and I had him transported back to the hospital. They don't do there jobs and the children that are there are not tended to properly. That place needs to be shut down or hire all new staff that will actually do they job and do it right. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Would love to give this place a 0 star however they make you pick atleast 1 to write a review! Disgusting care was taken care of my son on the pediatric floor they almost killed him ..He is in a hospital on a ventilator thanks to pathways..Do NOT leave your loved one here..Disgusting care! Research their previous name Northwoods..Absolutely the worst ! Asked the Dr who comes once or twice a week to treat infection..he did not and my son is fighting for his life.
