Pathway Healthcare

From my first appointment up to every appointment I have had everyone at Pathway has been kind and friendly. Bridgette and Selena always know who I am and who I am there to see. They are friendly, professional, but personable. Coltor McGaha is my counselor and from day one I felt comfortable with him. When I first sat down he told me all about himself first so I knew who I was dealing with. I feel completely comfortable with him and telling him anything. He has been very helpful with me understanding myself. I Highly recommend going to Pathway. They honestly seem to care and are great to work with.

This is addiction medicine only, not true psychiatry or mental health care. The highest professional they have for mental health care is a nurse practitioner. Your insurance will mislead you to believe that an actual physician practices at this location, but they do not. they are physicians with multi state licenses who are just providing addiction care. If you need mental health care, or psychiatric healthcare, go somewhere else or private pay to somewhere else. Also, they may schedule you for an in person appointment, which is actually just telehealth in their office. They have a requirement that you pay to meet with one of their counselors before you can speak to a medication provider, even if you already have a counselor, which is redundant.

I have been a patient there for about a month and overall I really love everyone there. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I don’t like how the prices went up but it is what it is. Colton is my counselor and he is simply the best. Very chill and supportive. Shaneka is my nurse and she is very helpful, great attitude. They all try to make sure you get the help and info that you need which makes sobriety easier. Highly recommend!

I had my first appointment today and hated it. I could hear through the walls and the room they had me in was so dusty. My throat and face itches like crazy. Hopefully, I can do zoom calls from home moving forward. Nicole Clark was nice.

Bridget is so nice and I feel right at home with her She's always smiling or laughing 😃 😀 I love Sarah and Dr Davis is Awesome. I can't forget my beautiful and wonderful nurse Shanika she's so great!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Went and paid for counseling for them to tell me to get a second job to distract myself or go home and research coping techniques… zero help and a waste of money very disappointing. Also, did not tell me my doctor wasn’t in until I showed up and said I could meet with someone else over zoom or wait 3 weeks after waiting over a month for this appointment.

Bridget is awesome .. she is the face that you see when you walk in and she is smiling and she makes you feel like you are the only person in the room. Dr Davis is really awesome and so is Brittany

I been going to this place for 4 years and this place have really changed my life. Every receptionist they had have been polite and professional. The nurses always make me feel like I'm at home. I thought after Dr. Witt left I would have to find another doctor because he was the best but after I met Dr. Sabrina I knew this was the only clinic I will ever visit. I recommend Dr.Sabrina to all my friends and family. Pathway Healthcare is the best in Huntsville.
