The staff pathways are wonderful Robin is so compassionate and sensitive when in taking information she's careful in the process. She makes an uncomfortable situation very comfortable! The only reason the office isn't getting five stars is because they need to fix the process between making the appointment with the doctor. I had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment with the doctor. Pathways needs to remember they're dealing with people in crisis. Overall a very positive experience.

Every person in the office is so compassionate and make you feel so at home. They've helped me tremendously and I couldn't thank them enough! Great place to go for many things! Including mental health! Don't be scared! Just go! I promise you won't regret it.

Wonderful Nurse Robin and Nicole! They make it so pleasant. I couldn't have kept coming to this office had it not been for these two girls. You might have come in feeling hopeless but after Robin and Nichole talk to you then your fine. Doctor Davis is awesome too! Easy to talk to.

The staff at Pathway was exceptional and they really care about you. The receptionist, Nicole the nurse, Robin, Dr. Davis and my therapist, Mrs Beth are all so welcoming, professional, and loving! They all have given the best advice, helped me on my journey, and have helped me with so many things! I can’t say enough how much I would recommend to come here. Best place and the BEST PEOPLE! This is the best one yet! I used to go to the Decatur office until they moved to Huntsville, then I decided to give the Athens office a try since I live 5 mins away! I love the staff at this location Brittany the The receptionist is the best and My nurse hands down 100 stars her name is Robin she goes far and beyond for her patients and she gives the best advice! She has never disappointed me! She is a great person and easy to work with! So I give a big shout out to her! Thanks robin for always addressing my needs and helping me out with Medicaid and always giving the best advice! I wanted to update my review couldn't figure it out so I'm add this if you ever need a nurse Dr etc to talk to and someone who truly cares about your well being please go Pathway Healthcare and Robin Nichole and doctor Davis hands down the best Healthcare around town! I always forget the owners name she is lovely as well!

This place saved my life. They have amazing doctors and nurses who help- without judging. They literally gave me my life back. So thankful I decided to give it a shot.

The people here are so amazing and welcoming! They make you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in the door. I was very anxious with my first visit and they quickly calmed me down. They will listen to you with absolutely NO judgement at all. 20/10 recommend Pathway in Athens.
