Not only was the treatment excellent, but the atmosphere of kindness and joy ministered to my spirit and helped me heal emotionally as well. This has been the best therapy I have ever been too I wish I could give 10+ stars and let me start with the outside I know it may seem sketchy but I promise you 1,000% it is so amazing inside give them a chance the staff are absolutely amazing and the Atmosphere is wonderful I will highly recommend pass therapy over any other place in Moreno valley and they do accept a lot of insurances so give the girls a call and they will help you with the most and do all they can to answer all your questions thank you so much to all for making me so welcome. I walked into the room and the first thing staff asked me to do was to wash my hands! I absolutely loved it, and so glad they are staying and keeping everyone safe and healthy. And then I was out into a room, and the gentleman made me so comfortable and made me laugh. He had the best personality and it did not feel like I was in a medical office. I look forward to going to my physical therapy sessions here!

I went to Pass Therapy in Moreno Valley to follow up from a recent wrist surgery. The staff were very warm and welcoming from the beginning and made me feel comfortable.Throughout my number of weeks there, I shared time being assisted by each staff member, they were knowledgeable and caring the entire time. I began to actually look forward to my visits as I progressed. The staff at the Moreno Valley location are the best people in the business. They’ve helped my mom tremendously with her physical therapy, and she feels great. Thanks to blessed hands as she says. Especially PT Alejandra, she is my mom’s favorite.

All I can say is, I went to the Moreno Valley office, with right knee pain. I was amazed at the young PT Darrell (I hope I spelled it correctly) with the evaluation he discovered it was my hip and not my knee. We did simple exercises and stretching and after my first appointment. I do don’t have any more pain! They are all wonderful. I also went to them for therapy after my knee replacement surgery, and I am super proud of them and they truly LOVE what they do! They make me laugh every single time even when the therapy hurts some. Who does that!🤣 Thank you Pass Physical Therapy/Moreno Valley office! You Rock💪🏽 Doreen ♥️

The professional Therapists at X-Pass Physical Therapy, Moreno Valley location are exceptional and phenomenal, one of several reasons why I have been a long term, intermittent patient with several needs. You can expect a warm friendly and respectful atmosphere from everyone. Discovered this place searching on Google in 2019 and recommended by Orthopedists. For years didn’t know MoVal had good PT. Traveled as far as Upland & Loma Linda since 1997. The service rendered is personally designed for each individual prescription. I have seen progressive results done in increments according to my assessments & individualized needs pre & post surgical procedures. If you’re not looking for results and not wiling to put forth the required effort this isn’t the right place for you. Slow and easiness finishes the race. God willing, after my next and last surgery, this will be my last year of PT to walk normal again. Thank you Dr. Darriel and staff.
