I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care provided by Pasco SW home health and hospice. From start to finish, every team member went above and beyond to ensure my father received the best possible care. KC, the physical therapist, was absolutely outstanding. Her expertise, patience, and encouraging attitude helped tremendously with recovery, and she always made sure to explain each exercise and its purpose in a way that was easy to understand. Amy, the nurse, was compassionate, thorough, and always available to answer questions. Her attention to detail and ability to make my father feel comfortable and cared for were priceless. Meg, the occupational therapist, was a true professional. She worked with such dedication to improve daily living skills and helped my father regain independence, always with a smile and positive energy. Finally, I want to highlight how grateful we were to be able to have Pauline, the speech therapist from the Grand Junction office, be able to see my father. She was so skilled and patient, making significant progress in speech and communication while building a genuine rapport. This team worked together seamlessly, and it truly felt like they were all invested in my father’s well-being. Cathy was amazing. My hip healing was accelerated due to the great exercises she had me do. She was patient, showed up on time, and never rushed the process. Having my other hip done in several weeks and will absolutely use Pasco SW and Cathy again.
