This is an amazing practice!!! Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for an environment where you receive A+ care and expertise, but also feel comfortable and well cared for! If you are looking to enjoy your appointments rather than just getting going because you have to…this is your spot!!! Most amazing staff and 100% a gem! ❤️

Parry Physical Therapy as a family of professionals is simply fantastic. They wrapped their collective arms around my girl to get her back to playing basketball after MCL surgery. They are friendly, compassionate and invested in their clients. Can’t say enough nice things about our experience.

I've been coming here several times a week for months now and it is my favorite PT place I've ever been! The staff is all so wonderful and welcoming. Maddie is an incredible physical therapist and is very knowledgeable about POTS and EDS. She is great at her job and will help get you back to doing what you love! They all go above and beyond for their patients, you couldn't ask for anything better!

Parry Physical Therapy has been a great experience. The staff are all very kind, supportive and helpful. My therapist Maddie Spaulding is the best; she really listens to me and tailors my treatment accordingly to help me reach my rehab goals.

I've been going to Parry for the last 6 months to rehab a back injury and have had a great experience! After seeing two other physical therapists and not making any progress, I was losing hope that I could heal this injury and get back to running and being pain-free. Maddie and the PT aides have helped me reduce my pain and build new habits to prevent future re-injury so I can be healthy for the long term. I also appreciate how helpful Lauren is in booking session times and how positive and encouraging the atmosphere is. Everyone makes an effort to learn your name and help you feel a sense of belonging. I genuinely look forward to going to physical therapy at Parry! I highly recommend them to anyone with an acute or chronic injury who wants to see results and enjoy the journey of recovery along the way.

Before I found Parry, I had appointments booked with several different orthopedic surgeons in the area to help nip my left meniscus pain in the bud. Decades of high-impact skateboarding had taken their toll, and I couldn't walk, run, let alone skate without a nagging bone-on-bone pain. Fortunately, Maddie and the rest of the team helped me uncover the root cause of my problem -- muscular imbalance. They worked with me to create a plan for rehabilitating and strengthening not only the area around my knee, but BOTH of my legs from hip to toe. Just a few months later, my knee is feeling stronger and more stable than ever, and skating like I'm 10-15 years younger. I can't say enough good things about Parry. From the always-friendly vibes in the office to the care and expertise they put into your exercise plan, it's all excellent. Go see them ASAP!

I came in for pain I was having in my knee. I couldn’t really do any leg exercises, and even stairs were causing me pain. It was really affecting my mental health. Maddie was able to tell almost instantly that I had Patellar Femoral Syndrome and initiated a program for me. After only a couple months, I am happy to say the pain is nearly nonexistent. I am able to do full leg day workouts again, stairs are no problem and I even started playing basketball again! I am incredibly grateful for Maddie and her help to get me back to where I am now. The facility at Parry PT is fantastic and the staff are all wonderful and helpful. I would highly suggest them to anyone and everyone!

I have been to 3 different physical therapy sites in the are of Midtown Sacramento and this is by far the very best of the best. The facility is clean, uncluttered, and peaceful. By peaceful I mean it is not crowded with clients, the background music is popular but not blaring, the therapists speak quietly to each other and to clients - no loud talking, laughing, shouting - nothing to distract you from your workout and everything to make your experience productive and pleasant. The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. There are private rooms for evaluation, counseling and therapy. And, most important, the therapists are well trained and very knowledgeable - they know just the right thing to suggest and they are also excellent at encouraging clients to keep moving and making progress. Finally, the manager/owner is often on site in his office with windows so he can observe whenever he wants how things are going. There isn't a better place in town for PT.
