Parkway Physical Therapy

Absolutely fantastic staff! Appointment receptionists professional, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to do what is suitable for the patient👍🏼 All great therapist, but I'm here to toot the horn of my personal physical therapy angel, Alice 😇🤗so much better care than a previous place I had been, she "works with you", on top of that, she's attentive, polite, thorough, super knowledgeable, and encouraging, absolute 5 stars for overall experience.. My only constructive feedback is that the office manager may need to begin to have conversations with appropriate parties about seeking a larger location, to accommodate the heavy volume of patients they have..space is definitely very "tight" to say the least, even aside from the covid factor, it would aide in relaxation, comfort, and easier maneuvering around equipment and other patients if they had greater space..even for an added degree of personal privacy, the beds are literally barely a foot apart, there was a lady beside me one time that let a whollop of gas out, and I was completely caught in the crosswinds😅..#officeagendagoals2023

Parkway Physical therapy is a great place . My husband worked with Ryan and Virginia. They were great with him. He has Parkinson's and has balance, and walking problem. After his time there the family saw improvement. They are great, very helpful and understanding. I recommend them highly. Thank you for all your hard work!

Just completed eight weeks of physical therapy. Ruptured disc in back. Chose therapy in lieu of surgery. Wendy was outstanding throughout my treatment. I came to her on a walker and could barely stand or sit without pain. With her professional and personal help, I progressed from the walker, to a cane, and now can walk without assistance. I am over 80% recovered and able to do most physical activities without pain. I very much appreciate the treatments from Parkway. All the personnel were very professional and friendly. Highly recommend Parkway for physical therapy.

I spent 7 months in Physical Therapy at Parkway due to a condition known as 'C5 Palsy', following a cervical spine surgery. This is one of those rare complications that is possible after a surgery and it affected the use of my right arm. The staff at Parkway were professional, friendly, and worked hard with me to help me get back to normal. I still have a little ways to go but I am confident I will have full use back very soon. Special thanks to Wendy, Kelly, and Jess, who worked with me most of the time. I highly recommend this practice, and will definitely use them again if needed

I was a patient at the Chambersburg , PA location from the 17th of June to the 12th of August, 2020. Every one of the ladies that work there are very knowledgeable about what they are doing. They make you feel like a friend, but at the same time get the job done in a very professional matter. They generally care about you and about what they are doing for you. I must say as a patient I was kinda sad for my Therapy to end. I would recommend Parkway Physical Therapy to anyone who is planning on having Therapy. I came away from there feeling much better then when I went in with very little strenuous exercise, but yet enough to take care of the problem. The exercises are the kind that I can do at home to help keep my back in somewhat better shape. I'm sending out one big Thank You to Jan, Sam and Megan for a job well done. Sincerely Sherry Foreman.

I walked in with a limp and walked out ready to take on the Appalachian Trail! Judy was terrific and instrumental to my recovery while also being a genuinely nice person and knowledgeable clinician. I appreciate your help, and if I am ever in need of future PT services, (quite possibly after my hike) I will know who to contact. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Thank You! You have made my life much better! There is not a better place for Physical Therapy than here. I would recommend this to anyone that needs physical therapy, I graduated today after two months of therapy for knee replacement. We set goals day one and I have reached all. They listened and worked on things that made my pain easier. God Bless Every One of the Therapists!

Great staff to work with. B..... is a great receptionist, she was the linchpin to all the appointments, with her ability to adjust on the go. A......, E....., and J.... were a pleasure, helping and full of care towards the needs of their patients. I’ll be back, if the need arises. Daniel.
