Disgusting place. If one person gets sick, everyone gets sick. Not enough staff and if there is staff only 25% of them care about their patients. Would not put another family member in this facility. Not unless you never want to see them get better

My dad recently had to do his first short term rehab placement at parkway. The nursing,, rehab staff and recreation dept. was very accommodating to his needs and his fear that he might not return to the community. He was determined and listened to all the recommendations that staff offered and returned to his home in the community at 94 to live independently. The staff did a remarkable job to assist him with his goal and making him as physically and mentally strong to succeed. Thank you to parkway staff for your professionalism and dedication to my dad.

As a Healthcare professional it is exciting to have found a long term care facility like Parkway pavilion health & rehabilitation center. Not only do I find the accommodations to be clean and tidy the attention to care and details far exceeds other places that I have come into contact with. The patients personal care and safety is always number one. Bridgette Spargo, the admissions director went all out to ensure my loved one has everything he needed to make his stay comfortable. Friendly staff and they're always quick to respond to patients and family needs.

My father has been rehabbing at Parkway for a week or so. The staff has been very pleasant and helpful when you ask something. When he first arrived there he was a little confused and probably depressed. I was distraught myself seeing he had declined considerably since being diagnosed with covid. Each of the last 3 days I've seen daily improvement. My family and I are greatly appreciative to the entire Parkway staff for the care our father has received so far.

I am speaking on behalf of my brothers and myself. We are so pleased with this facility! We take great pride in our mother and this is why in her final days, hospice care is at home. I was so hesitant to go on vacation leaving her under another's care. I felt "No one can care for mom like I can." I was wrong. From the time I came to Parkway without an appointment, so much professionalism, well organized, clean, friendly and very helpful! The day before I leave on vacation, the staff was awesome! They could not do enough of making me and my brothers feel comfortable and letting me know they will take good care of mom and that everything was going to be ok. They followed all of our instructions. All set with mom's medications. I left special snacks for mom and they gave them to her. They kept her special blanket and pillow clean! She stayed clean! This place is very clean. No smells, nothing on the floors. "We are so Impressed!" Management stayed in contact with me while I was away if I needed to speak with them. Parkway Pavilion, on behalf of the Martins, we rate you 5 Stars! If mom lives long enough, we are certainly going to contact you for her care. Blessings, Martin Family

My mother has been a long-term resident at Parkway for several years. I visit often and I am very happy with the care she receives there. More importantly, she is happy there. The staff are wonderful from the front desk to nursing to administration. The recreation department is AMAZING. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Parkway Pavilion has been very communicative with their resident's families and the community. I see everyone there working hard to make it feel like home for the residents and their loved ones. Thank you, Parkway!

Please don’t send someone you love here! And someone you hate, well the conditions may not even be ok for them either. I wish I could leave zero stars. This place is absolutely disgusting! My mother was transferred here with a PICC line and they left the line unclamped (open). When confronted with the open line they defended it and attempted to “educate” me on the fact that the picc line was not open. Under duress I settled for what they were saying and in the end (next day) I realized how completely uneducated they are. My mothers commode was filled with fences for 12 hours.. they have bugs… physical therapy was done by someone who probably is being dominated in her house by a chihuahua. I am confident she can not even walk that chihuahua on a leash . I wouldn’t trust them to take care of a dead fish Nevermind a human.

My uncle was here for 6 weeks of rehab after a nasty fall he took in January. The staff have been kind and friendly according to him and I've always been met with helpful people when I call, no matter how small the question or need. I live out-of-state and each time I've called to check on his medical status, I've been received well and given thorough updates. They have carried out my requests, such as testing him for diabetes, and never rushed me off the phone, but instead, have stopped what they are doing to speak with me. My uncle will be here long-term and as his medical "Power of Attorney", I would not allow him to stay anywhere that I thought/felt was not taking good care of him. I want to give a huge thanks to his social worker, Beth Formaggioni, and his nurse, Deb, (and everyone else positively impacting his health and well-being) for helping our family navigate the system. They've taken great care not only to care for my uncle and meet his needs, but also to take care of us emotionally and meet our needs and our most important need: to be at peace that he is in the right place.
