I am a current resident at Parkway hills nursing home and rehabilitation and I have been continually mistreated and I've been put in a room with no bathroom access since Christmas I am in a wheelchair I responded Vista I do not walk even a little bit and they continue to keep me in this room and the only thing that they care about is who gets paid and who pays them and they do not care about my treatment They don't care enough to find me an alternate place to live They tried to kick me out under the street after a month in a hotel sure they'll put me up in a hotel but what am I to do after that? And they hit me with all these charges because my insurance had dropped me because somebody here told the doctor here Dr Moon that my wound was healed when it isn't I still have a stage 4 pressure ulcer and then trying to kick me out to a hotel for a month and then I'm on my own It seems to be all they care about because I keep complaining that I'm not even in a room I can use the bathroom and I'm still in a room I can't use the bathroom. If I were you I wouldn't come here

My sister is a long term patient here. She has to beg for proper wound care as no one in this facility seems to know how to do wound care properly. Also she has had several personal items go missing or ruined and hasn’t been reimbursed for them! Having to beg to have your room cleaned regularly seems to be an issue here.

All the personnel is very friendly. Therapist are great, my occupational therapist Lori was great. All service is slow (food and nursing) due to low staff. For the most part, my stay had been pleasant and I feel like I have gotten better. Medications are distributed on time. I also like that it is a smaller facility and I received more attention because it was smaller place. This place would be a 5 star facility if they had more staff and faster service.

I have been here for three weeks. I want to thank all the personnel for their attention especially to my nurses, Emma, Carlos and James, and my CNA Rosalinda for her attention and helping me with everything. Thank you Rosa. I cannot forget my super team of physical and occupational therapists, Lori, Joanne and Armando for their patience and all the help they give me. That is why I recommend Parkway Hills Nursing and rehab 100%!

Nightmare of a care center. Small facility with a constant fecal smell and questionable nursing practi. I was lost and the woman who helped me was really nice when I called but when I arrived in person I was surprised I wasn't greeted when I entered. I approached the nursing station where at least half a dozen nurses stood huddled and asked for help. No one said anything, several of this nurses even stared at me with annoyance and disgust. One of them finally told me what I needed to know and I proceeded to walk down a long hallway. The place has 4 bed rooms which is not uncommon for a nursing home but what bothered me is for about a half an hour after I got in my dad's room there were no nurses around to be found. I ended up helping his transfer to his wheelchair and we went outside to the patio (which was nice but had an enormous amount of biting flies). Overall I left with mixed emotions. Some nurses were really nice as be they passed, some just seemed detached. The last comment will be on the smell because it literally always smells like poop. It's sickening. Update to add: Omar in Social Services seemed pretty nice but I think it may have all been a facade. After numerous visits to this facility is overall just awful. My dad's condition declined so rapidly here. In 3 months he went from his usual self to not eating, barely speaking and lost a significant amount of weight. After several visits with me asking about a wound on his leg that appeared to be getting no attend he was finally sent to the hospital and we found out he not only had some sort of viral infection in his urine he also had MRSA in his wound. There were no contact precautions in place in a 4 person room! Overall just the worst facility I've ever witnessed.

Parkway Hills provided great care during my 3 weeks stay. I was there for an IV and my nurses were always there for me. Administration coordinated my continuum of care just in the knick of time and I'm forever grateful for their team.

I haven't been able to walk in 2 years and the DOR here made it possible for me. I highly recommend PW hills for anyone seeking rehab and\ or nursing care. The admin and her staff are delightful as ever.

Would not recommend any vendors to work here they have not payed us $3000 worth of landscape work and have not responded to numerous notices in the process of taking legal action just wanted to make other contractors aware.
