The office staff should really learn what the parkview way is about, as they severely lack it. HIPPAA is real. So, how about not announcing to waiting room my insurance wasn't covering my visit. After a Faulkerson Osteotomy NOT coming back wasn't in my best interest but a simple error on insurances end caused your staffs true colors on how they "work" Also, for the physical therapy area theres a large lack of handicap accessible wheelchairs and only a few polite valets.

My grandmother was admitted to Parkview Outpatient Rehab on Randallia for rehabilitation after her spinal cord injury. First they said they had nice, private rooms. This is BS. My grandma had a curtain in her room with another roomate. There was barely enough room for us to sit and visit. She developed two bed sores while under their care which resulted from the nurses not turning her regularly. One sore was on her foot and they said it was just a little blister. When we got her home and home heath measured the blister, it was the size of a golf ball. She also had a large bed sore above her buttock region. The food served daily was horrible and she ate very little during her 4 week stay which affected her overall health and nutrition. The worst part is the nurses were documenting that she was eating 50 percent of her meals. BS. She went from 188 to 153. She became temporarily diabetic due to the steroids they had her on. She developed a UTI and they left it go untreated until she was out of it. We insisted there was something wrong and finally they were like oh yeah her white blood cells are elevated so she might have an infection and then they finally put her on an antibiotic. She was in worse shape getting released then she was when she was admitted. The family went in for what we thought was the discharge meeting and there was really no such thing. Just go in the last week to learn how to care for her. I will give a shout out to the actual physical therapists for working with us on slide boards etc before her release. She was making progress before the UTI took her down. One week after her release she has a blood clot on her lung and leg. Not sure why Parkview Randallia did not put her on blood thinners when they released her as a precaution. They had been giving her shots daily until discharge. Beware!! DO NOT take your loved ones here!!
