Patient experiences
A great place for physical therapy. Very helpful for me after my leg amputation. They worked with me while I was waiting for my first prosthetic. Then again when I got it. They also have aquatic therapy which was very helpful to me. Connor Davis is my physical therapist and he is awesome. All the PT assistants (Jeanine, Rebecca, Shelby just to name a few) are very professional and helpful.
I have always had a good experience I can't complain everyone has always been very friendly.Maria is so friendly and helpful.Sandra is the nicest lady I have ever talked to,she welcomes you with a smile all the time making you feel comfortable and valuable,it is my pleasure to see her in every appointment I or my family has.
Unfortunately, I’ve been to many physical therapy facilities. But this one is by far the most effective. All of the staff from the front desk ladies to the therapist, including, Veronica, Jackie, Janine, Luke, all of them, even the students have been wonderful. They listen to you and they listen to your body. They don’t make you feel dumb when you asked him questions. I’m so glad that I chose this place for my rehab!!
I am so upset with Parkview...the rehab was good, as good as other rehabs in town (and we've used a few due to sports injuries) but our bill for 6 visits was over $5000!!! Even though "after the deductions" our part was still $316 per visit. I tried calling the billing office and the lady began arguing with me about the price per visit. Maybe that's whats wrong with America's healthcare system...over charge those who have to pay, so you can write off the "free" care you give. So wrong.
I was OK keeping my opinions to myself until today. My medical cards have been missing for several weeks. I had looked everywhere and called several doctor's offices. Today I took a chance and called Park view Outpatient rehab. BINGO THEY HAD MY CARDS‼️ No apologies, no phone call to tell me they had my cards, just, "Here you go." Sadly, something has happened to the quality this place..
I've been to three separate physical therapy establishments in Pueblo. Parkview Rehab at the Y, in my opinion, is by far the best. The entire staff is friendly and caring, and the PT's and PTA'a are amazing.
I love all the therapists I have worked with just a good caring staff
