Good therapists, but they charge a crazy price. They initially said I would only have to pay 50 dollars each session, which I paid each time. I finished the rehab sessions and received a bill for about 1000 $. I called them up and they said 50 was only an estimation. Had I known would have gone someplace else

I have been a patient here since 08/2023 due to an ACL reconstruction surgery. My experience here has been nothing short of amazing. I started physical therapy two days after my surgery with Carmelo then Jacob few weeks later. Both of these guys have played a big role on my recovery. They pushed me to my limits with respect to the surgery. Their staff members are all trained professionals who work hard to get you back in shape. They are also pretty flexible and Kai was very helpful in rescheduling the sessions. With that being said, no institution is perfect and here are my suggestions to management: front door is really heavy to open especially for a patient using crutches, you can do a full tricep workout on that door and billing department could be improved. Besides those small things this place is almost perfect and their staff members have played a huge role in my recovery progress.

I came to Park Sports Physical Therapy two years ago with an injury referral after they told me they accepted my insurance, with no co-pay. I followed the recommendation to come 2-3 times a week, and after 14 visits of amazing care from Andy, I got a phone call saying there was an office error and that they did not accept my insurance, but that I would not be responsible for the mistake. Then I started receiving piles of huge bills -- I've raised the issue with the in-office admins, over email, and called Ivey Rehab consistently over the past two years, and the issue is still not resolved. I wish their billing/communication matched the quality of care I received.

The OT care I received from Cynthia for a wrist injury was excellent. Unfortunately, Ivy Rehab's billing department is a nightmare. Ivy mischarged me after-the-fact and has refused to resolve the issue to date.

They keep deleting my review, which says a lot. I went to Ivy Rehab in October of 2022 after the birth of my daughter as I was experiencing some should pain and diastasis. They overbook which means your PT is juggling multiple clients at once. The space is laughably small. I saw Fraida and she really didn’t seem knowledgeable at all, and they charged my insurance company an outrageous amount for a few simple stretches. I was told that this would be covered in network with Aetna, yet still had to pay out of pocket after already paying a $60 copayment. Billing was hard to get a hold of after months of the payment links they were sending not working. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I started working with Kyle for tendonitis in the foot (I am a distance runner) and my experience has been great! He's responsive, listens, and I feel I am being helped toward my goals. His bedside manner is also terrific. Park Sports PT is also in a great location they are also very professional. Highly recommend.

Just started physical therapy here for a knee injury. Due to my schedule, I’ve worked with 3 different PTs so far, and all of them have been great. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and I feel like I’m making good progress under their guidance. It almost makes going to physical therapy a pleasant experience (almost)!
