Park Regency Care Center

As a nurse who has worked in nursing homes before, I was really impressed when I visited my grandma at Park Regency. The staff are friendly and genuinely care about the residents. The nurses especially go out of their way to help and you can see that they put in the effort to connect with everyone. The place has a bright and welcoming vibe which makes a difference. They offer a variety of activities like art classes and movie nights that keep the residents engaged. I feel good about the care my grandma is getting at Park Regency. It's a great choice for skilled nursing and l'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good place for their loved ones.

My mom has been receiving care at Park for a few weeks now and i wanna thank the staff for making her feel at home. I visit her almost every day and always appreciate how gentle the nurses are with her and how clean the rooms are. It hasnt been the easiest time for us but all the nurses and staff have made every effort to meet our needs. Mom and i are both very happy with the services and appreciate all the care and support from the Park Regency team

I can't express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care my grandma received at this rehab facility. From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated genuine compassion and professionalism. They took the time to understand her needs and tailored her treatment accordingly. The environment was warm and welcoming, making her feel comfortable during a challenging time.

My mom is very happy at the Park Regency! The care givers are great, very helpful and kind. All staff have been wonderful. Chefs are excellent! Plenty of activities if Mom wants to participate. Her room is “luxurious “ (her own words)!

I am very pleased with the care and service provided by Park Regency. The medications are always on time for my mom and the staff is always helping us very quickly. The labs and response to changes are done very efficiently and quickly. They contact me very fast in regard to my mom’s care even when I’m not there. They give her showers and warm meals that make her feel at home. From top to bottom all staff are a lot of help especially Justin, Shushu, Evelyn, JC, Roanne and all the CNAs. They even arranged transportation for mom when she had to go outside. They know how to address concerns during the care plan meetings and coordinate with our family so we are aware and satisfied.

Park Regency is really an exceptional facility. My mother has received the most amazing care including physical therapy from the most amazing staff who treat her with kindness and patience. They even take the time to feed her and really get to know her. She is 95 years old with dementia and we could not be happier with the service here. Justin, the administrator, is super attentive and it is very obvious he really cares about his patients and staff. I would absolutely recommend this 5 star facility to anyone in need of their skilled nursing services. Thank you Park Regency and staff!

I told my child that when the time comes and my health declines, I want to be brought here, not anywhere else. I don’t want to stay at home or burden you with my care because I know the support I’ll receive here will be more comprehensive than what my children could provide. Here, there’s always someone available 24/7 to help with my meals, drinks, and personal needs. If I’m feeling unwell, the nurses will quickly arrange for a doctor and medication, sparing me from unnecessary pain. My mom has struggled with depression for over 20 years, and it’s hard to meet her expectations, but she’s fully embraced this place as her home. No matter where she goes—whether it’s to a wedding, out for dinner, or even to the hospital—she always looks forward to coming back here. She says the food is delicious, and the people are kind. Every day when I visit her, I’m filled with gratitude for this wonderful place that allows my mom to spend her final time in comfort. I’m especially thankful to everyone here, especially Justin, Gamila, Xiuxiu, Lucy, and Joe....

Park regency care center has provider my grandmother with excellent care. They are very personal and are accommodating for my grandmothers chronic conditions. I appreciate their attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the facility.
