Elfie2015 Case
The Adm Sarah said to me and I quote “I don’t know who’s all Pregnant and I don’t care”. That was the moment I lost ALL respect for her. And Lady to answer your question I have morals look it up Also a nurse got groped by a resident and she is forced to watch this person one on one meaning she’s alone with this person every time she comes into work. Short staffed then write's up the employees they do have for working overtime and not being able to take a breaks be we have to much to do and if we don't finish the job we will also get wrote up, so it's safe to say employees will be treated like dirt. They’d rather you come in throwing up then not at all, No body wants to work for a place where you have to sacrifice your mental, emotional and physical health and The company acts like they don't even want to pay you. No body wants to work at a place where they're under appreciated 😢😢😢

If you are going to boast excellence in your commitment to anyone you must first show up for your scheduled obligations. Sometimes life happens and unintended events keep us from fufilling commitments ,however a courtesy call to let someone trying to work in your facility is respectful. Respect is earned not just given and it begs the question..if you treat potential employees with less respect than you would expect then how well do you treat your patients? .. Enjoy your day..

My dad was recently admitted here . He was on hospice and I understand that and his time was unknown but as soon as I went to eat outside I saw a hospice nurse rushed in "unknown this was her". I rushed eating then went back inside to see her and a worker standing over dad. They already was prepping him to pass and said he's almost gone. They inform me he's almost passed and no one had the time to come get me and none was rushing to save him. I will never be back here nore recommended them. I wish he had better care at the end of his time.

This place has wonderful and caring staff! They would give you the shirt off their back if they could. Debbie is an awesome and fantastic nurse who took care of my daddy for four years until he passed away this year. She is so compassionate and took care of him as if he was her own family. She also took care of my mom for rehab after back surgery and treated her with the same kindness and compassion. The cnas are great too! Jacklyn who oversees everything is so understanding and will answer any and every question you have. The whole staff is great: office, dietary, RNs, CNAs, physical therapists, etc. You will feel at home and your mind at ease knowing your family is being very well taken care of!

The residents in this facility are living in deplorable conditions. Doctors orders were not followed for my loved one. It was a horrible experience and we removed our loved one. There are facilities in our area that are clean, not filthy and gloomy, with competent nurses, aides and administration. Please find one of those facilities, not this one!
