Alexa is phenomenal. She has helped our child recover from an injury and surgery and I believe his recovery was faster for both due to her support and guidance. She is out of network but we opted to use her because we have seen tremendous growth under her care. Dana at the front desk is wonderful too and makes scheduling easy.

As a 32 year old with an active lifestyle, I was very frustrated and upset with chronic pain I was feeling in my shoulder and lower back that were now limiting my activity. Paramus Ortho PT were amazing at helping find the root cause, relieving the pain I was having and most importantly, teaching me the exercises to avoid the pain coming back. I have been to multiple physical therapy places over the years and Paramus Orthopedic Physical Therapy is by far the best. I cannot say enough good things about Phil, who has been my physical therapist for ten years. He is creative in his treatment plan, personable, and overall a great human. As for the other staff, they are great. Tracy the office manager will accommodate your schedule without a problem; Anthony, the clinic coordinator will always make you feel welcomed and comfortable; and Emily, the newest therapist on the team, is knowledgeable, sweet, and hands-on. I love this facility. Everyone is wonderful, attentive and kind. The place is so organized and clean. But most of all Dr Mel is a gem. Just love her. She’s slowly helping me, caring and so knowledgeable! I would rec the place to anyone. 😊

Paramus Orthopedic Physical Therapy not only provided the best treatment that I ever experienced, but also a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Melanie and her team are marvelous professionals who deeply understand patient care. Individually, they have exceptional skills coupled with a rare kindness to offer an incredible delivery of effective treatment. Stephanie assisted in all phases of my care, and is simply a wonderful person. Personally, I arrived with a recent rib injury along with back issues that bothered me on and off for years. After 8 weeks, my pain was completely gone and I was able to perform physically beyond my expectations. Although I can only give Dr. Melanie and her team five stars, they deserve 10. I was recommended to come here by an X-ray technician I think back in October after a busted up leg and what turned out to be a sprained ankle. He said the place was very good, and he was right. The staff is friendly and relaxed. If you stay there a while you'll build up a rapport with them. Joana took me on and she did more for me in a few weeks than other PT places. Joana is mean, she'll make you work, but I couldn't have asked for a better therapist honestly; we really hit it off. And the place prides itself on being a really clean and intimate space; I absolutely love that. And it's always warm in there which is a plus. And I love that they have new riddles or trivia on Thursdays. It was great to end a session and then attempt to figure out the questions on the board. Huge plus! Anyway, highly recommend this place and yeah, they'll take care of ya there.
