Paragon Physical Therapy

Paragon physical therapists are great. PT not only allows my head to understand why the movements make a difference. The success of the sessions are the evidence of healing. Homework on these movements is essential, but like all great instruction, motivation to practice is strong.

The entire staff is awesome. From reception on down the line. I have enjoyed working with them. They treat you like a person, which in my experience, is rare these days. In working with my physical therapist, I have made more progress than I thought possible. She has given me a multitude of extra paths and aids to help me along. She allows me to explore what might benefit me personally and has helped with other areas of concern. I believe physical therapy is dependent upon the effort you are willing to put forth. These folks give you the support and tools necessary for recovery. I look forward to every appointment.

I have been going to Jonathan for physical therapy many times over the years. He is extremely informative and knows just how far to push you in doing the exercises. I always get great results with every visit. I highly recommend Paragon Physical Therapy! Give them a try, you will be glad you did.

Just finished a recent therapy program with Jenn at Paragon PT - one week early! Jenn immediately figured out what was causing my hip pain and corrected the problem with one simple adjustment (painfree!), then worked on strengthening my entire lower back. Wow! Feel at least 30 years younger! This was not my first time getting terrific results from Paragon/Appalachian PT, after having a few different issues addressed in the past with great results. Both my husband and I really appreciate Paragon's, warm, knowledgeable providers; relaxed, comfortable atmosphere; and sweet, friendly, therapy pups!

I have been seeing "Brooks"for therapy. She is attentative, knowledgeable, and really listens. I feel like she really understands my issues and is helping me to get better. The staff are friendly. The facility is clean. The staff dogs running around make it even better!

I've used four other PT clinics in the Pinehurst area for treatment. Paragon is totally focused on the care and conditioning needed for resolution of my back issues. Not only do I receive excellent care but also the encouragement needed to continue my wellness journey with take home exercises needed to regain my strength. I recommend them without qualification.

Coming in to the Paragon Is always pleasurable at the front desk. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Jonathan, my physical therapist is great! He is helping to relieve my pain in my neck and head. It is now more comfortable.

The staff is incredibly efficient, professional, friendly, and accommodating. We are very happy we chose Paragon Therapy for our son's PT needs.
