Paradigm Physical Therapy & Wellness - South Valley, Alb. NM

I was in a horrible four car pile up, this is my very first physical therapy program I ever attended and paradigm was very helpful in my recovery. Friendly staff, comfortable environment, and hassle free. I do recommend paradigm for anyone needing physical therapy for I had a successful recovery, thank you!

I had foot surgery, and when I tell you they are the experts, they are the experts! Super friendly, kind, patient, and very knowledgeable in what they do! Maggie and Eileen helped me recover in just 2 months, and now my foot has healed super well and fast! Thank you!!

I have had a very positive experience with Paradigm South Valley. The front staff are friendly, efficient, very personal and help work things out when they can with scheduling difficulties. Maggie Stovell is particularly gifted as the lead PT I've seen, adapting my PT to changing conditions and working closely with my orthopedist in Taos for a rotator cuff major issue of degeneration and severe tears. I strongly recommend Paradigm South Valley!

I’ve worked with almost all of the therapists at least once, and every single one of them have been very nice and knowledgeable. I have had much progress after my rotator cuff repair surgery. Thank you to all of the therapist for their help!

Fantastic !! When I first walked in I was greeted by a friendly Good Morning by Nancy & Peter at the front desk. They explained to me what to expect my first visit and were very helpful and informative. Awesome! That welcome calmed my nervousness about Doing Physical Therapy. Eric did an evaluation on my targeted areas I needed improvement on. He setup a Exercise program for the Therapist & myself to do. All my questions were answered thoroughly and I had complete confidence I was at the right place to improve my quality of life. My Physical Therapist included Jennifer, Yeisi, & Elleen, GREAT JOB ! They all showed an interest in my condition and dedicated to helping me get better ! They made my work outs fun and kept me motivated to continue my Program. I can't say enough about my experience and how I feel after completion of my Program at Paradigm south valley. Everyone is so helpful & caring and very ,very Professional. If You need any type of Physical Therapy I Highly recommend Paradigm Physical Therapy!

I recommend Paradigm Physical Therapy & wellness in the south valley . I have been going there for cervical pain . Since day one of Physical Therapy everyone has been so great . As soon as I walk in, Peter and Nancy always greet me. My Therapist Jennifer D and DPT Eryk . Have help me come a long way and help me avoid any surgeries . Some days are hard then others and Jennifer is there for me . She always knows how to make me feel better and get more out of are session . Eryk is the best at dry needling and putting together a plan to get the most out of my PT and encouraging me to stay positive and keep working through all my challenges. Nancy always make sure everything is clean and sanitize . Everyone there really cares for there clients and is always there to help and encourage you . Definitely five stars

What can I say about this place and their employees…they’re simply the best!!! Cale and Evelyn are always friendly and helpful and amazing at their jobs. I ve gone to other physical therapy places and hands down these guys are the best. Don’t go anywhere else but here.
